Great and clean place. They offer a great variety of products and the staff is friendly. The only down part for me was that one of the staff was very pushy to get us to buy a particular device and open a credit card.

I recently visited the East Hanover store with my daughter to pick up a new phone. After waiting more than 15 minutes, a sales associate finally approached and asked which model we wanted. He disappeared to check inventory and then returned to say East Hanover was out of stock—but that Rockaway or Woodland Park had it.
We drove to the Rockaway location, where George greeted and helped us. To our surprise, he informed us that Rockaway didn’t have the phone either—but that East Hanover did. Frustrated by the back-and-forth, we purchased our phone at Rockaway and became new customers there.
Overall, the lack of communication and conflicting information at East Hanover was disappointing. If you value efficient service and accurate stock information, I recommend visiting Rockaway instead.
They tried hard to upsell me even though I knew what I needed A day later I got a text telling me my protection plan had been renewed I never had a protection plan and refused it when it was offered they charged me 377.00 I called them and got all run around to try to get the charge removed I couldn’t believe the grief they gave me I refused to jump through hoops to have them correct it and told them to forget it I would just call my bank and let them deal with it they told me not to call my bank I got other calls from them telling me not to call my bank one of these morons told me that sales people have incentives to sell these protection plans and tried to make me feel like a creep for not getting the plan Long story short my bank took care of it but I’m still going to report these Geek Squad bozos I couldn’t believe how they kept calling
