I was at the Rt. 10 location a few weeks ago because I purchased a Canon printer for pick-up. I had a great experience. Bobbie, the sales associate who assisted me, was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me navigate some additional purchases and worked to find me the best options for my needs, all while assisting other customers effortlessly. It isn't everyday that one receives excellent customer service. Best Buy should be proud that someone like Bobbie is on their sales floor. I don't leave reviews often, but felt compelled in this instance.

The customer service was excellent, I am glad to see people that really enjoy what they do. I know most of the people prefer to order online, and yes, me too some times, but nothing compares ro see before you pay what you are buying specifically when you have profecional assistance to select the right item.
