Avoid this store, People act like scammer here, Will sale you products for thousands of Doller promising delivery next day and then customer will follow up with some call center in South Asia for reshipping or cancellation option and given a time line of 72 Hours and customer will not know anything about getting the product or refund.

My son and I visited Best Buy on Rt 10 East Hanover yesterday 9/6/26. We needed to address a printer’s malfunction. At customer service, we had the most satisfying experience, not because we got, necessarily, what we wanted but because of the person behind the desk: Anthony. What a breath of fresh air!!!!! Anthony helped us with much kindness, respect, knowledge and patience!!!! He had a “Will help” and “can do” attitude. He was the only person there and the line was getting longer but he did not lose his patience and was determined to give us the best possible resolution to our problem. We appreciate very much his help. And if Best Buy’s managers read this review, thank you for employing great people at your store. We will be back because of this outstanding service from Anthony, at customer service section. Please give him a shout!!! Great job! Miki

Horrible customer service. Surprise the store still lasts and maintains a flow of any customers. staff tries to belittle You when you were asking information. Will never return absolute nonsense in this day and age
