On 12/04/2024, I drove almost 2 hours to buy an available open-box in store.
There was nobody in laptop section, I waited long and I asked the unique guy working there, he told me "I will need to get somebody to help you because my shift finished about an hour and half ago and I am helping the final customer" this happened around 6:30 PM, there is no excuse for being short-staffed at that time.
Guess what? I kept waiting for almost an hour, then FINALLY a guy came, so I showed him which open-box laptop I came for, and it was shown as available online. He did not search for it at all and told me "The available stock that was looking is not available" By the way he said it, I did not believe him but I said "well, happens"
I placed the order next day 12/05/2024 online for the same open box and was ready to pick up the same day, I need to drive again for 2 hours just because they have dishonest employees. You need to beg every single person there to help you to get something.
I addressed this issue with a supervisor, she said that she would look into that issue and "she is sorry." she only forgot to ask me who the employee is.
I would definitely recommend going anywhere else except here, TERRIBLE !

The workers are overworked and it took almost an hour to pick up a game for an online order.

Please arrange separate counter for store pickup. Horrible service waited 25 minutes in line to pickup online order.

Purchase a cell phone headed piece at the registet with ease... return merchandise was no problem. Great customer service too...
