Placed an order for pickup. Not only was it ready in minutes, the staff was quick to assist when I arrived. Devon was very polite in helping me, made this pick up process easy, and offered to bring it out to my car!
Worst experience ever! Would never buy something from Best Buy again . Sales person who sold us our refrigerator never sent a technician to disconnect waterline and delivery men refused to install refrigerator and haul away old refrigerator..
Representative in the store gave us the wrong customer service number to call for service. Needed to reschedule delivery and haul away after waiting a week. They couldn’t expedite this install service and I had to wait another week. Total nightmare’ Buyer beware😥🤨
