I Got Scammed Today By One Of Their Employees After I Literally Told Them I Just Want A Membership With Them & Not A Credit Card...
Than They Randomly Opened A Credit Card In My Name & Had The Audacity To Try and Purchase Something For $309...
Never Trusting Any Employee That Work Here Again Especially It Was A Black Worker...
Be Careful At This Store & DON'T TRUST ANY EMPLOYEE!!!

Seamless pickup. Polite employees
I went to buy a charging cord. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. The store was empty. I walked up to someone to ask where to find the charging cord. He pointed in the direction of where they were. I had a little problem finding it. A somewhat attractive younger female came in the store, that same associate walked her over to where she needed to go and helped her find the item. The associate saw I hadn’t found the item I wanted and told me where it was. The associate walked the woman to the cashier and asked if she needed something else.
The cashier that processed my items was very kind and professional. He exemplified good customer service.

I had an exceptionally good experience with the Geek Squad at this location. I brought a problem that the Apple Store could not address, and was happy to get it successfully resolved. The consultation agent was very knowledgeable and friendly, patient with great “bedside manner”, and very helpful with product selection and implementation advice. So grateful for a great experience.
