I have been coming to this Best Buy for ALL major purchases and USB, cords, remotes, HDMI for 25+ years (vacuum cleaners (5), smart watches, multiple computers/laptops (5), my $3.5k refrigerator, my $800 breville coffee machine, multiple TVs ($4k), 2 TV stands, hair curlers, cell phones etc) and have probably spent over $20k. I came here Friday to exchange my 2nd Galaxy 8 smartwatch which I bought online and had no idea it was a refurbished watch. It was behaving wonky. I spent nearly an hour in the store trying to repurchase the original watch. I had already added the watch and insurance to my cart so the price was known. I also had the serial number for my original watch. There was one open box watch at this location. I assumed it was my original watch which was brand new when I purchased it here, but I needed to be sure. I waited for about 8 minutes for help. No big deal. The SA Tasha assisted me which then took 40+ minutes. As I tried to reset my old watch she rang up the new watch with a return. The amount didn't agree with what I calculated online. When I calmly and pleasantly questioned this - she went bananas, threw up her hands and nastily stated to another SA "I can't! You deal with her!" and walked away. I was so embarrassed actually I was mortified. I have never ever, ever, never been treated so poorly by another human much less a salesperson. I didn't deserve this. She made me feel like a fool. The Salesguy tried to make light of it.
Needless to say I'm done with this store and probably Bestbuy. When you are ugly on the inside you shouldn't be allowed to deal with any customers.

I received excellent customer service today from Bobbie. They went out of their way to help me and had on a great costume! Bobbie went above and beyond and helped make my trip to Best Buy a great one.
