I purchased a 43 in insignia TV when it was going to be mounted it measured 37 in screen to screen the box was labeled 43 in it seems as if it's a product swap issue, maybe somebody's perpetrating fraud.
I ordered a ring doorbell in store. I also request for installation services. The installer didn't come on time for the first time and cancel the appointment at a very late notice. The second installer came and told me he is not able to do the installation because he never sees the model of Ring doorbell before. The third installer came and told me I need to order another ring doorbell. I ordered another doorbell online immediately. The day after that appointment I went back to store to return the first brand new ring doorbell that doesn't fit for my house, which is 15 days after I got the order. The cashier said I can't do the return, because it is out of the 14 days return policy. A lady manager come to me and told me the only way she can do the return is I have to pay for the BestBuy membership. I rejected. I already got frustrated with the installation service. Why I need to pay the membership fee just because the installer keeps changing their schedule time. She asked me to call the customer services to request a shipping label and ask for a refund. I did. But the customer services said it will never be possible to provide a shipping label for an instore purchase.
I got crazy because when the lady manager talked to me, she even didn't have an eye contact with me. She kept saying she couldn't do anything unless I pay for the membership fee without any emotion.
It wastes me so much time to communicate with those customer service people. And the issue still didn't get dressed.

PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER BEST BUY!!! I went to purchase a brand new Phillips hue sync box which was close to 300 dollars. When I got home and opened the box it was used. I returned the next day and asked if I can replace for a new one since they had 3 more in stock. I asked can I open in front of you just so I don’t run into the issue again. Agent said yes. I proceed to open item and the next one was used again. Scratches near the hdmi port like someone used it. I then proceed to tell them this isn’t new. The agent told me if it is sealed the manufacturer sent it like that. I’ve watched plenty of videos of the item being unboxed and set up to know mines wasn’t new. Power cable provided was also corroded. PLEASE CHECK ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. WILL NEVER ENTER BACK THERE
