I had an exceptionally good experience with the Geek Squad at this location. I brought a problem that the Apple Store could not address, and was happy to get it successfully resolved. The consultation agent was very knowledgeable and friendly, patient with great “bedside manner”, and very helpful with product selection and implementation advice. So grateful for a great experience.

Do NOT give BestBuy your money. I checked 3 laptops before going to give me options. All of them were in stock prior to arriving 30 minutes after checking.
I arrived at the Bestbuy. Per usual not a single worker asks to help. Well how could they when the only 2 people working in the store are sitting at the front laughing. I found 3 other people in the same boat as me waiting for help as not a single employee cared to help anyone. Being told countless times someone is on the way. The 3 people I was waiting with quickly became my friends. Thanks BestBuy! During this time, I also helped an old man find a USB C charger for his phone. They should hire me maybe.
After over an hour of waiting. I was helped! The paim would end? Wrong. After another 45 minutes of checking for 1/3 laptops I gave him. They had none. Despite their site saying they did. I expressed my frustration calmly and exited the store before I crashed out.
Do not ever shop here.
