I hardly write reviews. I am not that guy. But We’ve been coming to the store from years purchased numerous TVs, appliances , etc.. my parents also spend money at this store - and I am writing this on their behalf we purchased a Insignia freezer / fridge last August - the freezer broke couple weeks ago - I hear a clicking sound, but the compressor is not starting.. you guys put your name on insignia products , correct ? It would cost you nothing to repair this. I believe it only needs a transfer switch. It is not user error - It was used in a clean garage no dust , my parents are approaching 80 years of age - this is just bad business.. my wife called and was told to bad it’s over a year and to bring the item in ??? I am currently moving them and they want two TVs , but don’t want to go back to best buy now. Basically , not doing the right thing here will cost you thousands of dollars. Bad move.

I like Best Buy. I purchase a lot of my electronics and appliances there. This time however I went in to buy a new phone to replace the one I purchased at BB 2 yrs ago. I asked them to match a price on Amazon. Showed them the listing. They refused saying it's not sold by Amazon. So, guess what, I left and bought the exact same phone from Amazon for $200 less. Shop around.

Purchased an open box tv that was in "excellent condition" . Didn't have the packaging for the tv, didn't have THE REMOTE, and didn't have the stand. I basically paid for a box and a used fingerprinted TV. Told customer service for compensation and they couldn't do anything about it . I even have a receipt saying that it has been packaged and that nothing was wrong with it. Extremely pissed. Don't go to this location because they're just boxing anything without actually looking to see if it's in good condition.
