The manager lady at the customer service desk is argumentative, mean and shows no emotional intelligence. She talks about SOPs, which I'm all for but she knows what I needed get done but keeps arguing. She needs retraining on how to engage with customers and provide information in a welcoming or a friendly way instead of treating customers like prisoners or beggers. Lots of times, customers are unhappy because of the way they are treated rather than the outcome. Be a human. Present a welcoming persona and a smile doesn't hurt when arguing. I'm a customer. Not a tenant who owes you rent.

Dont have things instock slim inventory selection and staff dont care to help but to tell you order it online… why have a store if you push online sales make zero sense

I went to Best Buy geek squad in East Hanover today. I was not able to charge my computer that I bought 3 years ago. I needed to find out if it was a charger or computer’s port. I met a very nice gentleman whose name was Walton. He was able to evaluate it and diagnose it. give it. The most important fact was that it was a pleasure working with him. He provided great customer service, was polite, professional, humble. Thank you, Walter!!!
