Horrible customer service, this particular store has the ability/ authority to give a store credit if outside return window and that option was denied over a pair of earbuds, really? Perfect reminder of why i don't shop in the there , in the 1st place, other than this pathetic experience. What a dog and pony show
East Hanover Best Buy is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had in a Best Buy store. After standing by the tv’s for 20 minutes with no help, I finally approached the customer desk. While that person tried her best, she was uninformed and unable to answer questions. I finally left without a purchase. I understand the Manager on Duty was Roma. This store is completely mis-managed!
2nd time doing order pickup and both times I was dissatisfied, due the staffing customer svc and demeanor. Kristian retrieved my order begrudgingly and with a rather unnecessary attitude. I ordered a 24-inch monitor and a 32-inch tall tower fan. And as you can expect, the boxes were rather cumbersome to carry. I asked him if there was a cart or even hoped he would offer to help me carry it to my vehicle, like my other location Best buy encounters. With the flick of his wrists he said carts "they are some where over there [insert roll of eyes]. I then had to assertively ask him, 2-3x to get me a cart, so I can carry the items out. If this store wasn't in close proximity to me, I would not recommend nor patronize this store.
