Store was nice and well maintained. Everything was in its place and well stocked.
just walked out there empty handed because of how rude everyone is in there. i walked past about five workers and none acknowledged me. they were standing making small talk between themselves and when i ask for an aux cord, they look at me like i’m an idiot. i was showed an adapter and asked, without annunciation or looking up from the floor, “will this work?” and when i said “no this is an adapter, bot an auxiliary cord.” she rolled her eyes and made a face. just nasty nasty people running a store that sells nothing related to tech anymore. waste of time walking in there. waste of space in a place as traffic heavy as the american dream mall.

Ron and Jordan were the excellent. Very knowledgeable , extremely kind and gave top tier customer service. I will for sure be taking the extra time out o come to this store from now on instead of my neighborhood Best Buy. Thank you guys !!
