Saturday was my first time ever going to Best Buy in American dream where I was greeted with such a friendly staff.
Bri and Angie were very helpful one the best customer services will definitely be back.
Very poor customer service and attention, it used to be good. But when we went to shop there very bad attention…..no one seems to be happy working here. A staff guy who doesn’t even work at the Apple station just walks around to pretend to work but actually annoys customers, was about to purchase a Mac Pro but left simply because he was so rude!

i was looking for a meta quest but no body attended when i was looking for someone they just turned their back to me
