Called and asked for specific parts I need it and when I was there they never had it in stock ? I called ahead to ask where can I park so I can pick up without havin to wnter parking lot - they had no clue keep up the good work I guess

I recently visited this store and while the selection of electronics was decent but not outstanding, the customer service was absolutely top-notch! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer all my questions, provided great advice, and made sure I found exactly what I needed.
Even though the store might not have the largest inventory, the exceptional service more than makes up for it. If you’re looking for a place where customer care is a priority, I highly recommend this store!
Bought a used laptop from this Best Buy to later find out that they sold me a laptop with a Bitlocker. Didn’t notice till it was “outside of the return policy” Best Buy couldn’t do nothing for me. Can’t return it can’t exchange it, can’t get credit for it. Will never buy from Best Buy again and getting rid of my credit card with them.
