I usually stop by the Best Buy in American Dream, and I have to give a shoutout to one of the best employees there—Aldo. Every time I come in, he’s super helpful, knowledgeable, and just overall great energy. It makes a big difference when someone genuinely cares about customer service. The store itself is solid, though sometimes it can get a bit hectic, especially on weekends. But Aldo really stands out and makes the experience smoother and more enjoyable. Best Buy is lucky to have him on their team!

I visited the Best Buy at American Dream Mall looking for a monitor mount. Before going, I confirmed it showed as ready for pickup in one hour. When I arrived, I showed the first guy exactly which item I needed, but without even checking the system, he told me it wasn’t in stock. He didn’t even bother to verify. Then a young woman helped me, but her attitude was way too serious for someone dealing with customers. She did assist me, but there was no friendliness or effort to make the interaction pleasant. Definitely not the best customer service experience.
