Went to Best Buy in Eatontown, NJ to buy a TV and waited 20 minutes without any staff acknowledgment. Even after visiting customer service, no one assisted me after waiting over 30 minutes in a nearly empty store. Frustrated, I left and bought the TV on Amazon instead. I wanted in-person guidance, but if Best Buy can’t provide basic service, why shop there when I can get the same product for less online? Terrible experience. Update: I think its odd that you want me to repost my negative review across all social channels but I am happy to share it with as many people as possible.
