Horrible service, not customer friendly. My daughter's screen broke on her Apple Pro Air and for some reason they cancelled her membership and could not put it back on. Gave me a run around, charged me for a new membership and after promising me the computer would be covered the guy tells me no. So I bought a new membership that covered NOTHING! Total scam!!! Noe I have to wait 10 days to get back my $200 that took them all of 30 seconds to take out of my account. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Went for the black Friday deal and while it was a very busy night, the one gentleman carried our new 65" tv to the front of the store and loaded it right into our vehicle. In and out of the store in 15 minutes! Now that was amazing service!!! I have to go back to get his name to give him credit. I think we were in shopper shock at the timing.
