Apparently there was a queue system to get help from rep there but you will not be made aware about it. I asked a guy ti help and he said that he will send someone but never did and didnt even tell me that there is a queue. So ended up wait for 15 mins just to get a fitbit watch taken out for me. Ended up buying it on Amazon while waiting for a rep. All in all the manager needs to train the guys working here as they seem incompetent and disnt care at all.

Think before selecting home deliver as they take no guarantees of the order is not delivered. My order was never delivered and I was simply told to contact local enforcement as nothing could be done. It wasn’t a small amount when asked to share information they couldn’t provide it. Don’t ever get home deliveries very disappointed
