Had the worst experience here. We purchased an office chair and wanted to return it, so we called their customer support and the representative stated that they would be able to process the return if we brought it into the store. So we carried it to the store ourselves, and the product is completely unopened and unused. After a long period of waiting in the store, they finally told us that they could not process the return there and that we would have to go through a longer process online. We were very confused, as we were told by customer service otherwise over the phone. After pulling the phone transcript, all they said was that they would report them for giving us misinformation. They did not help us any further. We had to carry a 400 pound product all the way there and back after being misled by customer service. We will not be shopping here again.
