HORRRRRIBLE SERVICE. Bought my AirPods from this location defective and the cheapest material AirPods. As soon as I purchased, the battery was instantly dying on battery? I don’t keep my devices charging overnight at all. When I move around; it sounds like inside my AirPod keeps hopping around. I’ve been on the phone with customer service, they hung up the phone on me, and they won’t even do an exchange for something THEY SOLD ME DEFECTIVE!!!!! They sell old cheap AirPods. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. I’ve purchased January 9th and been dealing with this since the first week of purchase. Extremely disappointed. The representative James said he would direct my call to a manager but then hung up on me. Very unprofessional. My AirPods are still brand new and has box with everything.

Not a good experience. The people that work the evening to closing shifts are very unprofessional and unqualified workers that don’t even know how to sell their own products. I asked for a manger but no one came. I asked the sales associate for his name but he kept ignoring me. I heard one of his co workers call out his name and I believe it starts with a R if I can recall.He didn’t know how to sell and was very unprofessional when he came to speaking . You guys need to hire better and more qualified workers. I went to target and got my items with the questions answered in a professional and well manner. Don’t go to this place
