I ordered a refrigerator paid for it. I set up a delivery time between 9:30 AM and 1 PM. I waited till three and then I gave you a call. They skipped me without telling me and they never delivered it. I had to go to Lowes. I had to refrigerator the next day. I’ll never go to Best Buy again lousy service.!

Just a terrible customer experience. Went in with my daughter to buy a small digital camera for her 21st birthday. The “camera guy” couldn’t be bothered - he was scheduled to leave and was basically trying to push a “used” camera on us. After he left, another employee tried to help but was of no value whatsoever. Again, tried so hard to push the used camera to us and didn’t provide any assistance at all. My daughter and I both looked at each other and agreed to leave. Just a horrible experience - and we were ready to spend $. Will never go back to this Best Buy just on principle.
