Jacob was very professional with initial that I had that customer service did not help me with over the phone. I was frustrated when arriving at the store, but he calmed the situation and managed to help me out. Great employee!

If you get the right employee it’s a good experience, I seem to find the employees that require the manager to apologize often. Last night I picked an item off the shelf and they wouldn’t sell it to me and I had to order it online. Last visit they lost a 400 dollar sale and I ordered the item I was there for from Amazon as well. Unfortunately this store is becoming a spot I go and touch/look at the product then order it from Amazon due to the inability of locations staff to either help me in a timely fashion and or answer questions without saying I have to get someone. I like the manager he seems to be trying and is helpful when I see him but something is wrong behind the scenes.

It’s the first time I’ve gone to this Best Buy and it has been the worst experience yet, I arrived wanted to buy something. I wanted to talk with someone who specifically speak Spanish I waited 1 hour and no one attended, and when I found someone of Microsoft they told me rudely that they didn’t simply work with BestBuy so I don’t recommend going to this Best Buy because of its terrible customer experience and I drove 1 hour just to obtain terrible service.
