Best Buy Woodbridge

I usually shop at the East Brunswick Best Buy, but this time, I visited this location instead, thinking they might have a better selection of refrigerators since I was in the market for a new one. After browsing the floor models, only one fridge caught my eye. A salesperson did approach us early on and politely asked if we needed help, but since we were still looking, we told her we’d find someone when we were ready. She was courteous and didn’t hover, which I appreciated. However, when it actually came time to buy the fridge, there was no one available to assist us. We looked around for help, but not a single employee was there to finalize the purchase. Because of this, we ended up leaving without buying anything. The lack of staff made the experience frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location if you’re looking to make a big purchase.

I placed a mobile order for a 75 inch tv. Within five minutes the guys at Best Buy had it in my car. I think this is the Best Buy around.

It has lost its luster as THE place to go for electronics...we just went there to recycle a printer.

The employees at this location are truly subpar, namely Jaylen. I was literally chasing behind Jaylen throughout the aisles as he pretended not to hear me. As I am calling after him; at first in a normal tone and then loudly. When I realized I was purposely being ignored I just exited the store. March 18.
