I hate writing this review because I want Best Buy to survive so bad. But this location is absolutely terrible for its employees that just don’t care. Good luck actually having someone behind the counter at customer service. I was standing online to pick up a tv, I stepped out to ask someone who finally showed up to customer service about the tv I was picking up that was already bought and paid for. The person assured me to wait at the counter and someone would help me. So I lost my place in line, 20 minutes went by, everyone behind me got served. I finally went back to the line and had to wait another 20 minutes. When it was my turn they got me the tv. Thank you employee who didn’t know anything, but acted like they confidently did. As for everyone else there, go eavesdrop on their conversations, it’ll be more satisfactory than getting their undivided attention

Although I didn't end up buying anything, the staff were all very enthusiastic and attentive.
