I bought a open box Electrolux dryer from this store. I ordered delivery and install. I called about an hour after leaving the store to change from delivery to pick up. First of all, you can't access store directly. You get the call center. I was told that the dryer was already sent to their warehouse. Didn't make sense because it was already in the late evening. I couldn't get back to the store because I live an hour and 15/20 minutes from the store. I was told to call back the following day. I still was unsuccessful with changing the delivery. A few days b4 my scheduled delivery, I called to get an update. That was when I found out that the original delivery date was pushed back. I explained to the agent that according to the website and tracking, it still gave me the original date. She said it was changed. After that the website all of a sudden updated. I also informed her that had I not called, I wouldn't have ever known everything was changed. Fast forward to the delivery day. They delivered my dryer with the top of it crushed and bent back. The delivery guy was rude and I found out from the call center that there are pics taken b4 they leave the warehouse. The pic showed that it was crused b4 they left the warehouse. They loaded it on the truck anyway for delivery. I would have NEVER bought that dryer like that. Open box or not. It looked new when I purchased it at the store. Still as of today, 5 days later, I haven't heard anything from Woodbridge Best Buy! I need and want answers. Totally unacceptable! I would love to upload pics but I can't.

Great experience with Geek Squad at Best Buy. The service was quick and smooth once we had the reservation. The staff was professional and efficient. Definitely a good decision to get this service. Highly recommended!
