I feel like people forget what it is to work in customer service. I just came in to buy a iPad mini and a case and the lady is playing around with the male coworkers and when I asked what cases she pointed me to a shelf and didn’t say nothing else. When I walked over she started laughing and giggling with the male workers… I understand you want to keep work fun but when it comes to providing customer service you should focus on that. I drove from 40 minutes away for all that I could’ve just ordered online but wanted to know more about the product. Next time I know I can just go straight to apple.

ordered an ipad around 3pm, promise time is 1 hour. 5:30pm, nada. i call and apparently theres a hold on my card. i cancel the order and place again on a different card at 6pm..7pm i go to the store and ask and they told me to wait at least one more hour.fine. its 9pm, i go again and ask, and im told they don’t know why my order isn’t finished and to just wait until tomorrow. needless to say i cancelled my order and ordered at target instead at 9:20. there promise time is 2 hrs. had it in my hand at 10pm. go to target.

I went in they told me to wait 10-15 minutes waited a half hour then they started taking care of other people they suck
