Muy bien siempre Best Buy, solo el muchacho que los atendió, no nos dio opciones de otras tiendas donde conseguir la Plat Station que la tenían agotada.

Very disappointing experience at the Best Buy in Woodbridge, NJ.
I went to this store specifically to buy a TCL 65” QM8K TV, but the staff showed no interest in selling or properly presenting the product. Instead, they repeatedly tried to push a Samsung “equivalent” TV that was not even on display. The TCL TV I wanted was also not on display, and no fair or transparent comparison was offered.
I left frustrated and returned later the same day ready to buy the TCL TV, only to find the price had increased by $500 with no explanation. As a result, I left without buying anything.
When I asked for help to speak with the manager, a staff member abandoned me and did not assist or escort me, forcing me to find the manager on my own.
I did purchase my TV elsewhere. This store lacks transparency, customer care, and fair brand representation. I would not recommend this location.
