Хотел купить телефон Motorola. На электронном ценнике написано, что это модель 2025 года. Проверил по серийному номеру- нет, это другая модель, 2024 года. Сообщил об этом менеджеру и показал на их оф. сайте цену и описание этой модели, она обязана стоить на 100$ ниже. Менеджер согласился, что это старая модель, но продать мне ее за честную цену отказался. Жулики, что сказать... Не рекомендую эту сеть магазинов.

Needed to return a terrible camera, apparently their return policy is onlyn15vdays instead of the standard 30, I was onlyn2ndats past it and the refused to return it the faulty piece of crap that was completed miss represented on their website, it was also late getting to me. Store manager said I needed to go online and they could refund me which was a lie because online tells me only a store manger has the discretion to refund me at this point and I should try to find a store that's more flexible. I don't have time to run around nj and find a best buy that will return this camera. Absolutely disgrace will never buy from them again.

Experienced the some of the worst customer service at the Woodbridge, NJ store ever on 26/2025. A Roku device was advertised on the Best Buy website for $34.99. The in store price was $49.99. The THREE employees I spoke with all told me this was an online price Only and they Could Not match the price at the store. I then needed to download the app (the store does not have good wifi) and wait until they had someone pick the item and bring it to the pick up location. I had the item in my hand. Because I was rushing, I mistakenly ordered the item for delivery. I then had to cancel the item and reorder it for pickup. 30 minutes later I was told the second order did not go through becuase only 1 item could be ordered. At that point an employee spoke with a manager to ask if he could price match the only price. He was told YES, match the price. It took an hour for Best Buy to sell me an item they had in stock, at a price they advertised on their own website. Once I finally had the item, I spoke with the manager. He told he had just started his shift and did not know which manager approved the match or why no one would do it without authorization. He must have known that the manager that just ended her/his shift, authorized the price match and could not explain why the employees would not do it. The employees must have been told not to do either by the mangers or corporate, as they all used just about the exact same phrasing. I eventually received a reluctant apology by the manger who said he would speak with the employees. Ridiculous that it took a full hour for the store to sell me something at which it was advertised. POOR, POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
