Best buy has gone horribly downhill. They cannot put through their online orders. They have someone in India not speaking English asking your age and DOB and other personal information (which they should be unable to verify anyway so no point to it unless they are looking to commit fraud) eventhough you have the email of order, license and credit card to show someone in person. Manager unable to help. What was supposed to be ready in an hour was a full day event. Also cannot call the stores can only use AI or call a customer service representative who has incorrect information and say they are unable to contact the store. Torture. Recommend online from a more functional company.

I went there to get my laptop serviced and I spoke to a geek squad member named Giovanni Rivera left my laptop there and the next day I was informed to go there and the geek squad associate Giovanni spoke to me and explained what was wrong with the laptop and that the issue was very bad , so I decided to get another laptop instead and I asked for his recommendation on a different brand than my laptop so he did and he asked me what I used it for and that according to that he could give his recommendation and I did , so he helped me choose the one I needed and was very professional helpful and knowledgeable, I would like to recommend this technician and knowledgeable associate in helping me with my new laptop.
