I recently purchased a USB-C 4-in-1 Multiport Adapter for $56.49 at Best Buy, expecting a reliable product for my setup. However, it stopped working shortly after, and when I went back today to exchange it, I was disappointed by the lack of support. My personal opinion is that Best Buy is stocking inferior products, which likely explains their short return policy timeframe – they simply don’t seem to care about their customers’ experience.
To all my fellow music enthusiasts and electronics users: I recommend thinking twice before buying from here. Their products don’t meet quality expectations, and if something goes wrong, you’re stuck with a limited return window. I’d suggest sticking to Amazon, where the customer service is more reliable and the return policies are more customer-friendly.

This BestBuy has been great over the years. The employees have been helpful but their inventory for certain Audio, and Video Items lack stock and selection.
