Never seem to be employees on the floor able/willing to help. They are all busy or at the registers/customer service area.

I have a problem with my TV screen. My 40 inch TV is a smaller product for them and has to be taken to their store for repair. Quite unfortunate that I have to take my 40 inch TV which was shipped and delivered to me, now I have to take the TV for repair all the way to store for repair, I might just return it. Unfortunate experience it is.
