Best Buy , jersey city do better .
Luis the manager has zero understanding of working in customer service .
I recently purchased 2 65” tv from rockaway nj that was broken . Boxes was a little beat up but no big deal Shane I finally got to installing the TVs I noticed the screen cracked in on and the other frame is bent .
So I had already throw out the boxes
So I went to Best Buy jersey city and purchased 2 new tv that was fine and I installed it .
Took the 2 broken tv and put it in the boxes and went to jersey city to return .
Spoke to 3 different sales person and each was processing the return . Then Luis the manager came and said he cannot return the tv 45 minutes later of wasting my time .
All receipts was provide and tv are less then 2 weeks old . Luis said if it’s is less than 2 weeks old it’s fine to return than switched up his words immediately.
I told Luis I need customer service to get the issue resolved as any manager should do and he shut me down without and resolution.

Inventory not synching with bestbuy.com they said you had item in store for pickup. The sales person really wasn't helpful. But eventually I had two cobble two separate items together to make one power cable for my laptop and paid more than I should. To many open boxes in that department as well and open box discounts not worth it. Minimal. Still save on taxes with 3% urban enterprise zone taxes.
