What others say about poor customer service is absolutely TRUE. There are a bunch of dressed up Men and Women in blue T shirts walking around who are absolutely of no help. I literally had to wait for 15 minutes to get someone help me with the Tablet I wanted, despite reaching out to 3 different individuals. The shop was pretty empty as this was middle of a Thursday afternoon. These so called customer service representatives are a waste of Best Buy resources. They are either underpaid that they lack motivation or Bestbuy should fire most of them and keep a few individuals who really like to do the job OR better use AI/automation. What a dumpster fire. If you want to constantly get ignored before purchasing anything, GO HERE. Never coming to Best buy Jersey City location or even better will try to avoid BestBuy as much as possible. I see BestBuy responding to similar reviews saying they will look into the issue but I don’t believe them as some of the reviews are several months old. Do better! If you don’t have the competence to find motivated people to work for you, I can help you refer some.

I was sold a phone and a SIM card that were completely not compatible then I came back bought another one to see if it would work and it did not so I ended up spending $50 on SIM cards and $113 on a phone that I still can't end up being compatible with anything so honestly the staff was not informed and not well competent so I ended up spending a lot of money and getting nothing out of it and I'm not someone that has a lot of means to be spending money I just needed a phone so it kind of sucks and honestly I don't know if I'll ever go shopping there again

Omar at Best Buy in Jersey City is on a whole Kai Cenat level of rizz and he pulled us right out of brain rot into pure tung tung tung sahur energy.
