I have recently went here and I am dissatisfied the customer services was horrible there was a worker named Laura that was getting aggravated, this happened on multiple occasions I will not be coming back.

I visited this Best Buy last night to pick up an online order totaling over $400. When I first approached the pick up counter, the employee assisting me was pleasant. However, after I declined the additional $80 protection plan his demeanor immediately changed and became dismissive. I asked if bags were available since the item was large and he initially said yes. After I declined the coverage he abruptly said “okay have a good day” as if I was an inconvenience. When I asked again for a bag, he handed one to me and immediately yelled “next customer” leaving me to struggle at the counter. The bag ripped while I was trying to put the item in, and even other customers at the counter noticed and tried to help. I asked the employee for another bag which he gave with visible attitude. I then politely asked if he could help by holding the bag open so I could place the item inside especially since it was an expensive purchase. He barely assisted and looked at me as if I was dumb for asking for help bagging the item I just purchased. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I did not feel like a valued customer at all. I picked up my order shortly before 7 PM. I didn’t get the employee’s name, but he was tall, male, darker skinned, and appeared to have braids pulled back. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but this experience clearly needs coaching around customer service especially when a customer simply declines an upsell. This experience makes me hesitant to shop at this location again and I would rather purchase similar items from another retailer like Target or Amazon going forward.

Ordered for delivery last night. Its currently midnight the following day. I want to go to bed. Im exhausted but cant sleep because they use a platform called Roadie for their deliveries and the driver picked up my order 12 hours ago and it shows he is actively everywhere in NY and NJ with my order. I cant reach anyone so I dont know if he intends on delivering this at lile 2AM or if I can go to sleep. Im incredibly upset
