Waited 20 minutes for a pickup that should have taken 30 seconds. On top of this, they had the audacity to tell me to go to another store to pick it up when my item was in their stock room the entire time. Finally managed to get it and leave.
Store is usable but don't get your hopes up.

Staff here are nice but if you’re trying to get help or to checkout, it will be SO ridiculously slow. So many people walking around the store but you’ll wait 30+ min to checkout or to be assisted which is just a huge waste of time. This location either needs to staff more employees or speed up their service for their customers.
