I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of people in my entire life!!! I brought the Samsung laptop back to them after it stopped working after 3 months only to be told it has to be shipped back to the manufacturer - that was at the beginning of December - then I get an email saying it was returned to the store and signed for by someone named Juan - they tell me they can't find it but they think it's still in transit 😡😡😡 I won't buy a triple A battery from this place ever again !!!

Nothing in Gaming section.. Returned PS 5, have to wait 10 Days to get money Back into Acct.. that's crazy, considering all it Took was a Swipe to delete funds FROM my account .. 🤨 😒😒😒 it's cool though.. Won't be seeing much of Me anymore

We were traveling to see the sights of New York. My daughter in law had her camera but did not realize the memory card was not in it. We stopped and were assisted by a dedicated associate. He researched it for her, but due to the age of her camera, she could not get a new memory card.
