Worst best buy in my opinion, there was only one woman at the counter and she was racist towards me! Never before have I experienced something as such. Never going to a BestBuy again

Worst shopping experience of my life and that's saying a lot! Purchased an item online. BB never shipped it. Had to file a complaint with my credit card company and open a BBB complaint. Unbelievable! Never again!!
I had ups and downs with this store, and learned that the service you get largely depends on the staff member you encounter.
My last time was great, thanks to a gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot (and feel ashamed about it). He helped me resolve a minor glitch with my online order (for some reason, I was not the authorized person to pick it up despite the fact that I myself made the order), directing the more junior staff to not deny me.
Also, 5 stars for their trade-in program. All went smooth.
