They are practically out of stock with practically all of the small items that you need to buy for your phone in here. When you ask when they'll be back in stock again you don't get a straight answer either.

Had an event emergency and needed an adapter quickly and I wasn’t sure which one. Danny was so helpful in not only getting the item I needed, but he also made sure I called people on my end to ensure it was the correct one! Thanks Danny!

I’ve visited this Best Buy location multiple times, and the customer service has been consistently disappointing. There are always several employees on the floor, but instead of assisting customers, they tend to walk around in groups talking among themselves. It’s extremely difficult to get someone’s attention, and even when you do, there’s little sense of urgency or willingness to help. On one visit, I even informed the manager that I needed help in the camera section—she said someone would come, but after waiting 10 minutes with no response, I eventually left. On more than one occasion, I’ve waited 20–30 minutes without any assistance and eventually just left the store. No one follows up, no one checks in, and it feels like customers are simply being ignored. What’s surprising is that this happens even when the store isn’t busy. It gives the impression that the staff assumes business will come regardless, likely due to the location, but that mindset is costing them real sales. People are ready to spend money, but the lack of engagement pushes them away. This location seriously needs to improve basic customer interaction—acknowledging customers, offering help, and being available when needed would go a long way.
