On April 15th at 1:32 pm, my children and I entered a store. Initially, everything was satisfactory until we reached the power supply section. Upon selecting the first power supply labeled “$99” on the tag, we discovered that the price displayed on the register was $169. I informed the employee that this was incorrect, and I adopted an attitude, treating us as if we were attempting to steal or bother her lunch, as she was still eating and had a drink in hand. She retreated to the back to inspect the item, returning with only a few words, stating that she could not price match. She then informed me that the $99 power supply was actually $100, with the price of the 850W power supply being approximately $100. However, the box she had brought up was damaged. I looked at her and said, “Alright, let me just go back there and check what you have.” While she was speaking into her microphone or walkie-talkie, someone else needed her assistance. She informed me that she was handling a customer issue and would return to me once she had finished with the customer. However, her tone was somewhat rude in front of my children and me. It is evident that she requires retraining in customer service.
