Very poor customer service today. I waited nearly 20 minutes just to get the attention of one staff member, only to be bounced around from one desk to another with no clear direction. At the laptop register, I waited an additional 10–15 minutes, and the only response I received was that nothing could be done about a display product that wasn’t working. No one even made the effort to get up and check the issue with the Remarkable Pro on display.
I ultimately left the store without being able to try the product at all.
With the peak holiday season approaching, it’s critical to increase staffing and improve training. Customers are spending their hard-earned money on high-value electronics, and they deserve attentive service and confidence in what they’re purchasing.
I recently got there to get laptops and other interesting stuffs on Black Friday deal. Customer Service was nice and there are lot of options and visibility on the products.
