Adam was fantastic—friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable! He really knows his stuff when it comes to TVs and soundbars. He demonstrated a $1,000 soundbar for us, and it truly felt like a movie theater experience. One of the best experiences I've had at Best Buy—I’d come back just for him!
