We visited Bestbuy geek squad for the Apple phone issues and though phone is still in warranty of less than a year still they’re not ready to diagnose the phone issue and simply asking us to reach to Apple Store. Pls do not waste your time for any Apple product problems here really frustrating experience
The Geek Squad at Jersey City gets a 12/10! I had several issues with my PC for months and brought it in to this location to get it repaired. HUGE SHOUT OUT to Andrea, Steve, Avery, and Gerardo!!
They were extremely helpful and extremely patient with my machine and had no issues diagnosing the issues and continuously keeping me in the loop with updates regarding my device.
They know you're stuck with them
This Best Buy shop near New Port is relatively small, not many options on display, it's okay kinda Best Buy branch.
