My laptop met its retirement goals so I went to Best Buy Jersey City and came looking for a new one. The store was bright, spacious and well stocked. Best of all was the customer service provided by Shelley! She was professional, knowledgeable and patient and very helpful in guiding me towards the right laptop for work purposes. I finally settled on an HP as per her professional recommendation. Also got the GS protection along with some other accessories.
