I am extremely disappointed that my special needs sister who has clear disabilities was completely taken advantage of at this location. She came in with a new apple watch and without checking her account or how much she still owed on the watch, an employee took the watch and gave her a store credit for $200. Not knowing any better, she didn't know that she still owed $599 on this watch. Any employee would clearly have seen her disabilities as she has a small stature, is dyslexic and gets confused easily. Any good employee would have asked for a parent or guardian.

I purchased a glass screen protector and a camera lens protector for my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and also paid for professional installation. The seller took my phone to a separate room for the installation. When he returned, I was told that both protectors had been applied. After requesting to see the packaging, I discovered that the camera lens protector was still inside, meaning it had never been installed. The seller then admitted he had forgotten to apply it. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
