I walked in and said I wanted to grab some AirPods and bounce. 2 people greeted me and let me walk to the apple counter where I waited to no avail.
There are 0 employees walking around. The only 2 that were there greeted me, but let me walk away without proper instruction.
They have these at the front. But, they’ll let you walk across the store and waste your time. They could have simple told you at the startup.
I went to buy some AirPods. They their price was over $100 more than PC Richard.
They made no attempt to keep the sale or the customer.
The best but you knew in the 2000s is dead. They have 4 people that work there that may eventually write Shakespeare but are not great at customer service.
PC Richard will get my business. They made a sale today that Bestbuy did not. Best Buy should have a question mark at the end. “Best Buy?”.
Anything other than that would be false advertising. The they aren’t even 2nd best.
To the manager on duty. Your inability to accept the shortcomings of your employees and the lack of customer service does not bode well for your career.
