Such poor service, went to buy a high end stereo, multiple products displayed and none of them connected, all the sales guys who tried connecting blamed the person who set it up and couldn't get it to work. So no sale, very disappointed! They seem hardly interested in making a sale, so weird.

The customer service experience is by far the most valuable part of this Best Buy. I have made many purchases at this location, with an associate named Gio. I am very satisfied with the respect and patience that I received from Gio. His polite assistance is what led me to open a Best Buy credit card. This card has been very helpful with recent purchases. I would definitely recommend this store location.
