This is hands down the worst Best Buy in New Jersey. The Geek Squad staff are rude, unhelpful, and clearly don’t follow the same warranty policies as other locations. Every warranty visit turns into an argument, excuses, or claims of long repair wait times — none of which match my experiences at other stores.
On my third warranty issue, the manager actually told me to go to another Best Buy instead of fixing the problem. That’s not customer service — that’s avoiding responsibility.
I drove 40 minutes to a different location and received store credit immediately, no questions asked. If you care about having your warranty honored or being treated with basic professionalism, avoid this store.
