While the staff is polite, courteous and knowledgeable, having placed an order for Selphy printer refills, I received conflicting delivery dates, constant excuses for the delay of the product being delivered to the store. As I used a store credit, I have to return to this store to pick up my merchandise whenever it comes in but after this, I’m going to use Amazon for further purchases!

Just went for an online pick up. Staff was clue less and rude. They wonder why people just have it delivered to their house and don't buy in the stores any more.
