Made an appointment to get a screen repair done, only to be told they didn’t have the screen in stock and won’t know when they will. I specifically indicated that I have an iPhone 15. This was a waste of my time and the employee was completely unhelpful. Why does Best Buy allow people to book appointments for phone repairs if they can’t actually do anything? They have a stupid system.
