Very helpful knowledgeable workers. The store was extremely busy at the time of my visit however multiple associates offered assistance.
I came to buy a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. The staff started pestering me several times, asking if I needed help. I said no because it was my son's birthday, and he was choosing his own gift. When we finally made our choice, I called over an employee who was standing at the counter near the entrance. He came over, and I told him, "Bring me a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra." He made us wait for 15 minutes. He said, "Oh, I need to check." Do you sell phones? I'm the one buying. Your job is simply to bring it, that's all! I told him I didn't need anything extra—no mobile carrier plan, no case, no screen protector. In the end, he came back and brought us the phone along with a case and a screen protector and started pushing them on us. I told him, "Just sell us the phone, and that's it." He said I was being rude. Since when have you become so un-customer-oriented? Why should a salesperson call me “rude” instead of thanking me for the purchase? Why should I stand and wait for 15 minutes and see his displeased face? The purchase was made on 02/11/2025 at 12:00 The receipt number is 0388 002 4876

Good overall as they Amazon's match prices, but stuff should be more knowledgeable and not just Googling info. Other than that it still is the best (Tri-state) brick&mortar electronic/home appliances place.

Jiovanni was an outstanding sales associate. I am probably spelling his name incorrectly. Sorry.
Young gentleman who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and lead me to the most affordable laptop for my desired needs. He truly is an asset to the Best Buy team and most likely deserves a raise because I don't believe they work off of commission. He must have spent a total of 2 hours with me, and I wound up getting the HP x omnibox flip 2 in 1, 16-in laptop for a very competitive price. He also educated me on the my best plus rewards program in which I hesitated but in the end wound up purchasing. I couldn't resist since it gave me the peace of mind that I can return my laptop on any terms within 2 months or get a price adjustment if it was to lower during a holiday season.
The fact that I also got the $50 back for the membership in reward points also solidified me purchasing the My Best Plus rewards. jiovanni made sure to educate me on all these perks.
So far I'm very happy with my laptop. I did have a few glitches with my credit card initiation and my free 3 months of YouTube because unfortunately a duplicate profile was created for me and I had to do a lot of troubleshooting on the phone with customer service to try to gain access to the new profile account that showed my laptop purchase, my geek squad protection, and my reward points. . Other than that little bit of inconvenience, I am very very grateful and very happy with the service that Jiovanni gave me. He is truly a stellar employee!!!
