Total incompetence (other than the Geek Squad). Bought a washer/dryer combo from a salesperson who not only had no clue about the appliances but also royally screwed up my purchase. To make matters even worse, a store manager "helped" him with the order and totally missed the incompetence and doubled down on the incorrect information leading to a prolonged purchase as neither could complete the order. I had to come back twice and at least the 2nd time, the Geek Squad manager was able to complete the order. And the installation was a nightmare because of the salesperson and store manager's misinformation.
PS - I don't do any of the social media you listed below so that contact info does me absolutely no good.
