Great deals for appliances previously used as demos for stores
This has to be the worst store ever. The will take your money and never deliver your items at all. I have had 6 delays on getting my 6 appliances and to this day still haven't received them. The GM Sam should be fired as well as his so called management team. How does one store have this level of incompetence? The lost a massive fridge in transit with no explanation on why that happen or a resolution to the issue. I can see why this location is closing the should fire this entire staff the same day it closes. Charlize who works there has to be the worst person have ever encountered she lacks common sense and has no customer satisfaction at all. She is rude and unprofessional and if she is someone who is supposed to be a Frontline employee of this company no wonder I have encountered so many errors and mistakes. I am still waiting for my order to fulfilled and it wont be until July 30 ( allegedly) which will be 2.5 from my initial purchase. After this not only will I never do business here again nor will I even drive by a best buy. And if I could give negative stars I would.

I am truly saddened to hear that this location is closing and moving operations to another state. Stores like this are hard to replace because of the incredible people who work here.
I recently came in looking for a replacement refrigerator. Unfortunately, the exact refrigerator I had taken a photo of had already been purchased earlier that day. I thought I was out of luck, but Jawan Steek went above and beyond to help. He took the time to go to the back and speak with Sam Serarro to see if there were any other options available.
To my surprise, they were able to offer me a comparable refrigerator at the exact same price and it turned out to be an even better model than the one I originally wanted!
Jawan and Sam delivered the kind of customer service that every retailer should strive for. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. They didn’t just make a sale; they created an outstanding customer experience.
This is exactly what the Best Buy experience should be. Employees like jawan and Sam deserve to be recognized by upper management for their exceptional dedication and commitment to customers. Best Buy is losing an amazing team at this location, and I am truly sad to see it close.
