Doris is an incompetent manager who does not know a single thing about the items her store sells. She sells defective electronics and does not take responsibility, instead blames it on the customer even when the item is being sold in “excellent” condition and should have been properly inspected before being sold in this store. Other employees at the store are much more helpful and at least attempt to help you resolve the issue. I would not recommend purchasing electronics from this store since there is no actual guarantee that these items are actually in working condition.
