They sold me a defective dryer. I purchased online an open box dryer that was "geek squad certified". When I arrived to pick it up, it wasn't in a box, just plastic wrapped. When I got it home I discovered big dents on the side. I plugged it in to see if it could run and evidently the dents are large enough that the drum scrapes on them. So I'm left to conclude that the QA here is non existent, they lie about the condition of their products, and I'll probably be required to get the item back to the store to get my refund which is a major headache. In conclusion, avoid this store!
