John Brennan. That about sums up my Best Buy experience. Absolutely phenomenal. Knowledgeable, helpful and patient- which, as a first time home owner with MASSIVE decision fatigue, is greatly appreciated. Best Buy is fortunate to have him on their team. Cannot say enough about him. A+ I had the 85inch TV I purchased hung by Best Buy's geek squad and I am so glad I did. Lisa and Tyrone were FABULOUS. Respectful, efficient, and when we ran into an unexpected bump in the process they handled it exactly as it should have been handled. Problem solved and the TV is up and positioned PERFECTLY. Worth every penny

I had a horrible experience at this Best Buy. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but sometimes you must for things to change. I was not able to get one person to help me for what I was looking for. As I was walking around aimlessly looking for my product, all the staff were either on their phones or not willing to help, clearly seeing the confusion on my face. No “how can I help you” or “is there anything you are looking for”. After much frustration, I was willing to walk out with nothing, but ended up finding something of use instead of walking out empty handed. As an assistant manager of a multi million dollar shopping center, I understand and know the importance of customer service, and making people feel valued and seen. This was not the experience I received. I was highly disappointed in how I was treated. Even the managers weren’t helpful, they were just as bad, if not worse. There was only one gentleman at the register who I believe was at online pickup, who went above and beyond. I do no know his name sadly, but he was incredible. This establishment needs to do better as you never know who is coming to your store.

Delivered a refrigerator to my house and scratched my tile floo in my kitchen no respect for property. The owner gets back about my review tells me to go.on.social media what the hell,,? How about taking accountability? Horrible customer service never go back here again will tell everyone about this experience.
