7/11 tarihinde aldığımız iPhone hala elimize ulaşmadı. Ertesi gün teslim edilecekti o yüzden oradan satın almıştım ancak mağdur oldum bilseydim almazdım. 6 gündür bekliyoruz. Kendimizi dolandirilmis gibi hissediyoruz. Mağazaya ugradigimizda da salı günü teslim edilecek dediler. o da yalanmış. Bestbuy a hiç yakışmadı.

I bought two laptops from this store and bought the most expensive protection plan for $179.99. They said this plan would cover all repairs or damage. Four weeks later, when the Apple product malfunctioned, they said, "You have to pay another $99 because it's Apple." Why didn't anyone tell me when they sold it? No answer!
