Best Buy stinks. Go somewhere else.
Please stay away from this store. These people scam customers.
I purchased a new TV from this store, but they gave me a used TV instead. When I contacted them, they said it was a pre-activated TV that had already been fully set up. The TV already had YouTube, Netflix, and other accounts created by someone else, which clearly shows it had been used before.
After I raised the issue, they told me I could return the TV. However, I paid the full price for a brand-new TV, not a used or pre-activated one.
I wanted to share my experience so others can be aware before purchasing from this store.

Best buy is a great store and one of the best to get pokemon cards from. However, today during the release of the new set, they only opened one register. That to me is crazy. People waited in line outside and then get in the store and wait in another line for over an hour. Yes. Over an hour it took them to check out 45 ppl in line.
Will be reconsidering where to go next time because thats ridiculous. People have jobs they gotta get to and kids with them. To intentionally drag out the check out process like that was crazy.
