Best buy is a great store and one of the best to get pokemon cards from. However, today during the release of the new set, they only opened one register. That to me is crazy. People waited in line outside and then get in the store and wait in another line for over an hour. Yes. Over an hour it took them to check out 45 ppl in line.
Will be reconsidering where to go next time because thats ridiculous. People have jobs they gotta get to and kids with them. To intentionally drag out the check out process like that was crazy.

i cannot believe that we are at the time in the world that when you call a stores number, you cant actually talk to a person at the store. it is insane to me that customer service cant even connect you with the store to actually ask somebody a question. not knocking the customer service team in Wisconsin, the guy was super nice. but if this is how best buy is running things now, i am definitely done buying my appliances from this place. also my PC parts are never coming from best buy either. 45 billion dollar revenue and you cant even contact a store ? best buy i hope you go bankrupt, and the government doesnt bail you out.

I just to love to go to this Best Buy buy stuff and be able to go to the counter for geek squad or help desk center back then .Now every time you go to Service desk you have to wait too long and make appointments and still wait long not enough help service desk personal at service desk.
