As I entered a young man enquired as to what I needed. I replied " need a phone". He directed me to have a seat straight ahead and someone would assist me soon.
I waited
I waited
I waited
Bunch of employees about 75-100 feet away chatting away.
Finally I walked over and asked for assistance with a new phone. Then and only then did I get any help
Younger generation, you need to do better.
Best Buy, you need to better monitor your employees.
Stop baiting and switching and cheating customers by advertising $4.72 HDMI cables and dominating search engine results showing in stock online only to be “out of stock” when you get there and getting pressured to buy the $19.99 HDMI cable instead. This is fraudulent advertising, plain and simple, drawn to attract visitors from all around only to make them buy things they do not need. if you are in a hurry anc do not want the run around, DO NOT GO HERE, GO TO CHERRY HILL INSTEAD

Hello there, Ava,
It certainly makes sense to expect consistent pricing between our online listings and in store. We would love to hear any feedback you may have and provide assistance if possible. To get started, please reach out privately on social media with your name, phone number, and email. Please mention Google Review #115947 in your message. You can find us here:

I always check prices. I was looking for a toaster oven without the air fryer. They didn't have one. The person working there spent time explaining different things to my wife. This place is also great to bring your electronics for recycling. I had got a great deal on a printer around the holidays. They will generally price match if you show them a legit add from a competitor.
