There is absolutely ZERO customer service! Been a loyal customer 20+ years. Buying all phones, TVs, computers, laptops, tablets, watches,cameras, accessories for all, small and large appliances . What happened Best Buy??? Why do you no longer care about your customers???

What a great location! Sales associate John Brennan was very helpful when we came in to buy a refrigerator. Recommended GE Cafe fridge and price matched. Staff in general were very attentive and helpful.

Manager did not let a 7 year old buy Pokémon cards because It was one per person and a 7 year old does not count as a person even tho he waited in line. It’s a kids game not an adult. Very disappointing.
