unfortunately for Best Buy im the typa guy who buys online and they only see my face if I have an issue with a Product or something… lol. With that being said… I’d like to say that this specific Best Buy in mt laurel has outdone themselves for me everytime I went in there.
I have had multiple drone problems and with everything going on in the US with them they’ve done their absolute best to give me solutions each and every time. Although the last time I was not able to get a new drone through Best Buy within the situation I was in, they gave me a full refund in store credit for the one I was having an issue with.
A store employee id like to highlight is Liam, he also took the time to explain to me why I can’t purchase a new drone through them with that store credit ( it’s because they’re illegal in the us and the only reason you can see them on the site is due to a third partier seller that Best Buy now allows) my point is if you’re having an issue… check out this geek squad, if you wanna buy a new product and want excellent customer service go here! As a small business owner and having worked for bigger corporations, this is the customer service that makes the world go round. Great job Liam, great job Best Buy staff of mt laurel New Jersey!!

I always enjoy an electronic store, best buy used to be my favorite, still a decent store overall, clean and organized. But variety and pricing has gotten worse over the years. They no longer sell graphic cards in store...
The store is nice and clean but some employees are very rude . I needed help buying a Samsung Tv and the guy was so rude to me . I had to leave.
