Walked in was greeted by an associate. When I requested help for a security system, I was told it would be a long wait time. The store wasn't crowded. I waited around for 15 -20 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged by some of the employees just walking around the store. This was very frustrating.

My TV is covered by a protection plan. I spoke to a few different people to get service. Every person I spoke to changed the service that was needed. The first person was going to swap it out for a new one but I didn't have the serial number when I called. The second person was going to charge a different price and said they would swap it if it couldn't be repaired. I just took it in today and was told they have to send it out and if it's not repairable I get credit for the tv and it could take up to 3 weeks. I'm not sure why how to handle the TV repair changed with everyone I spoke to. I started to just replace the tv on the spot. I'm giving 2 stars because the pricing on tv's, at least the mid level model I checked was the same in walmart.
