I was last week at the Best Buy ,we were greeted at the entrance, and asked if we need help ,we said yes ,and we went to look for the refrigerator, but nobody came and you can see group of employee talking to each other ,so we left and we bought the refrigerator from another place not best buy.
We went inside and nobody came to help us....though the guy at the door said "someone be w/u en less than 15 minutes" We went in and out and the workers were just talking and get in food from the refrigerator where they sell food but nobody helped us....I wouldn't recommend this place 😕
