Do not trust the "Open-Box Excellent" rating for iPads at this location. I drove over an hour to pick up an item that should have been in near-perfect condition, but that was not the case.
Upon arrival, I couldn't even test the device because the battery was dead. The representative didn’t let me charge it so I left the store. Despite the representative's assurance that Geek Squad had inspected it and found no issues, the physical condition told a different story. The device had a dent and a scratch near the camera, plus three additional small scratches on the screen (which is significant on an OLED screen)—none of which were disclosed on the packaging. I was also told in person that it could only be returned in this store. To make matters worse, it is impossible to reach anyone at this store by phone. I wanted to resolve this before making the long drive back, but no one picks up. I strongly advise being cautious of their grading system. I hope this store improves its quality control so customers actually receive what they pay for.
