Bought an open box Sony Bravia 9 TV here. Best Buy missed delivery three times then told me the unit was "damaged."
When I pushed, someone at the store told me they think it was stolen out of the warehouse. Either way, I paid for a TV and never got it.
Corporate? Useless. The store stopped answering. Their fix was 10% off a new Bravia 9, as if that covers weeks of wasted time, missed memorial day deals and a TV that's just gone.
Don't buy a big TV here. The minute something goes wrong, you're on your own and good luck finding out what happened to the unit you paid for.
UPDATE: Dont bother contacting BestBuy's social platforms. You will only get a "We apologize for the inconvenience".

Best Buy remains competitive while always trying to keep up with customer demands in latest products. Honestly, it’s one of the only places where you can still go and see and feel the actual products! I’ve been going to this local Best Buy for the last 5 years. It’s always clean and organized, staff are always friendly and willing to help. I’ve purchased large appliances to expensive electronics there and their new warranty program is awesome.
