have been a customer of f this Best Buy since 2013. Over the years I have bought many electronics and gadgets from this store like TV, Macbook, headphone, iPad, printer, cartridges and so many other things. The store is huge, got massive sections of TV, kitchen, home appliances. The customer service and geek squad are in front part of the store, towards Route 17. They offer sale prices on many items and also help with price match on the eligible products. Over the years I have put many online orders from this store to pickup. Everytime my experience was smooth and quick. Never had any issues with any of the pickup. One time I actually had problem with a laptop I received at home and the associate helped me to exchange and order a new one instantly. My most recent order was to pick up my Apple watch. I went in an hour before closing. The store was clean and tidy. I went to register, got my item and walked back to my car within minutes.

Best buy online pickup is extremely unreliable l. When issues arrive you are left up in the air because employees won't update or even cancel your order until you show up hours later just to be told they can't fulfill your orders and then try to blame your email or phone number just because of their lack of input. Customer service in store is also an area where they need to improve, although is great in some locations l, this one is not one of them, here they simple dont seem to care. At least thats my repeated experiences here, Bergen town and the American dream locations are usually better at this.

I had a terrible experience this evening picking up a new phone and trading in an old one. First, I never received an email confirmation for my online order. Second, I was not allowed to transfer my old phone's data to my new phone unless I paid $40 for Best Buy to do it for me. They would not allow me to hold both phones simultaneously and do it myself. If they were worried I would run out the door with both phones, then I wouldn't get the trade in value for the old one obviously. Third, the manager is unfriendly and rude. After the disastrous trade-in experience, he repeatedly said it was not possible to print an order receipt (showing what I was charged for the new phone and credited for the trade in). Only after I insisted for a fourth time did a different employee bring a receipt. Why is this so difficult? What happened to customer service? Press print. I just dropped serious money for a new phone! The only reason this store gets two stars instead of one is because of Mo in the TV section. He's great. A real expert on OLEDs. I enjoyed talking to him as I waited to back up my old phone.
