Be careful with this store. whenever its a release of something that can be resold. Employes hide the items. I was in the store for like 3 hours and some bald guy that looks 15 and 45 at the same time kepthiding the stuff and once I left hepurchased it himself I believe his name is Ramon. He told me himself that if he wasnt working he would be doing the same thing i am which is collecting. its sad that employees hold items that customer wants. it was not 1 it was 4 if there is a lawyer reading this I got documentation of everything. when it was showing that they had 4 available and once I left 0

Lazy, ignorant workers. Three people walked by me, finally walked up to register where the girl had her back to me, got her attention and she said she'll go get the item. I said do I stay here? She looks at the line that accumulated behind me after I walked up and says get on line. Now why would I walk to the back when noone was there a minute ago?? I decided to walk out and buy on Amazon. This is why Best Buy is going to be the next dying retail store. Lost a $500 sale for over rude cashiers.
