Went to this store and was interested in buying a 75 inch mini qled tv. Selection looked decent and the store was not crowded when I went. I looked around for 30 minutes and not one of the many associates asked me if I needed help. Very disappointed. I will take my business elsewhere.

The girl said they would bring the price of the treadmill down to $639.99 and waive the installation fee ($300), making it much cheaper than Amazon. So my husband drove home to get his gift card while I stayed in the store. Soon after, she said they would actually waive the delivery fee ($20), not the installation fee—but that shouldn’t be a problem since we were going to use a gift card, she explained. At that point, the price ended up being only $7 cheaper than it would have cost on Amazon. She kept insisting that we were still getting an excellent deal with them over Amazon. I stared at her blankly, said “thank you,” and walked out.

I had a very good experience when I came to the Best Buy in Nassau Park to make a major purchase. I arrived in the afternoon and the store appeared busy. As soon as I walked in an employee gave me a friendly greeting. As soon as I came to the department that I was interested in the employee stationed there offered me assistance. I did not have to wait, I did not have to approach her, best of all, I was made to feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I never felt like an intrusion or a bother or an interruption at all. The Best Buy rep answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable and polite. I appreciated this very much. The Best Buy employee made everything quick, easy and hassle-free. I spent roughly $1000 and it was well-worth the price. I will be sure to come back here in the future for all of my electronics purchases and I will be sure to let my neighbors know that they can rely on Best Buy.

Lady at desk first told me Installation and delivery is free for a treadmill, and then while actually trying to pay, was charging us more. I asked why, said installation or delivery is not free. Pure scammers. Avoid this best buy.
