Friendly staff and great service!
Sold me an open-box gaming desktop and provided no power cable. Even worse, the machine was running in demo mode because it was a floor model. Geek Squad didn’t fix that before selling me the machine.

Bought a car radio for an old truck today. No Idea what I was looking for.
Henry, stepped to the plate .....incredibly, knowledgeable, super efficient with the whole process. .....stay tuned....Installation is in a couple of days.

Countless electronics Available.The store is pretty clean However, customer service was not up to par.I needed help finding the best computer,went up down the aisles ,not single soul was available to help.Nonetheless,after a while,the Best Buy representative we found was very helpful and apologized for the wait.Check out was pretty quick and she even went outside to get us a cart.
