Second time bringing a car to this best buy for audio installs. First time was a work car, but Joe did such a good job, that today i brought my vintage baby for a head unit installation. Joe and Bryce both hooked it up, were friendly and clear communicators who asked me all the right questions that showed they respected the car as I would hope!

I advised anyone to avoid placing orders for pick up at the is location. This location has zero accountability, zero inventory best practices. They will cancel your order and hold a preauthorization on your card for days and tell you to go to another location. When I asked them if I would get my reward certificate of 10 dollars back, the manager stated “eventually”. The retailer directs you to the 1800 number the 1800 number which is someone in the Philippines directing you back to the store. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times over this year and this is the absolute last time I shop here or at Best Buy. Why deal with the head ache when I can walk into an Apple Store with an order pick up window and no issues.
