Overall a good experience! The store was clean and the staff were very polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The only downside was that many items I wanted were not available in-store and had to be ordered online. Still, the service made up for it — definitely a nice shopping experience.
If you pay $50 for a premium membership you may find good prices.
Poorly managed store. The manager refused to look up a receipt of purchase from the store, with the excuse "if you purchased the product on our website, you can get the receipt from there". Talk about lazy and disrespectful to customers.
