Workers were very helpful
terrible and rude workers. Me and my friend were picking up a computer which told us on the website it will be ready in an hour which was completely false. We understood that maybe it took longer so we came back a couple of hours later to check on the status. Instead of informative workers, we were answered by rude snarky responses that didn’t answer what we asked. Fire your workers and find better ones that are actually helpful and find faster people preparing our order that actually finishes in an hour like it promised SMH

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I ordered a game that I didn’t enjoy and held onto it for about a day before returning it with no problem. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the delivery service was both amazing and fast. Additionally, I believe Best Buy offers the best deals on video games, especially during Black Friday. I couldn’t find any other place with such low prices for games. Thank you!
