Had the most frustrating experience at this Best Buy.
Went there around 6PM on a Sunday to get a printer that I desperately needed for college on Monday. While I was there I was looking at other products I was interested in buying and lost track of time. No announcements of the store closing at 7PM were made, at 7:02 I proceeded to checkout and was informed by a very condescending employee that the store was closed and I had to come back tomorrow.
I’m honestly so frustrated, I love Best Buy, but won’t be giving my business to a place like this ever again. Absolutely no respect for customers or business. Would give 0 starts if I could.

I went to their Geek Squad for help with my laptop. They fixed my issue quickly. Very polite and caring technicians.
