How do I check product availability at the Princeton Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Took laptop for repair. Was within manufacturer warranty. Told me to get the premium best buy account for 100 something dollars or they can't send it in for service because they have to pay for shipping to service warehouse. The issue needed to be proven in store and it was an intermittent issue. The laptop also had issues before and was sent for repair. Had the motherboard replaced. Why would I lie about more issues in a laptop that already had previous issues.

Recently purchased a desktop for my son. It was refurbished. Within a month the screen went haywire and the stand had left a strange residue on the desk. When the screen became too erratic I took the compute back in December and purchased a new version of the same computer. Yesterday I took that new computer back because the screen would randomly black out and when it was working the bottom of the screen appeared corrupted. When I returned the computer the staff couldn’t have cared less. They clearly had no interest in why I was returning a new computer less than a month after purchasing it or that it was the second failed computer they had sold me in a very short period of time. I spent $400+ the first time and then $900 the second. They asked if I wanted another computer. I declined. Lesson learned. When it comes to Best Buy. Buyer beware.
