The geek squad is pointless here. They have 1 person at the desk, another person “clocking in” and about 8 people standing in line however if their next reservation comes in then everyone is pushed back until the reservation is done and no one tells you that you should reserve a spot online to make your stay quicker. There’s a woman here that has been standing here for an hour and a half because she keeps getting pushed back in line. They need better management in this store. Also they need to retrain their employees on how to speak to and handle customers because no one in this department looks like the care about anything at all.

I bought a 85" NEO QLED 4K UHD Samsung on Nov. 30 to replace an older Samsung TV that just died that same day. Order and Delivery schedule went seamless, no issues. I got a delivery date of Dec 5 from 7 AM to 7:00 PM. Waited most of the day and then the delivery guys arrived. I was so excited to get the new TV and showcase it while throwing a birthday party this weekend. Then, the delivery guy asked where the TV was. I was dumbfounded. I thought they were delivering a TV, doing the basic setup, and hauling my old TV away. That's what I paid for when I went to BestBuy Princeton to purchase the item and the services. These guys just show up, screw-driver on hand, without the TV! What a mess! Very disappointed to say the least.
