I was a little surprised that everyone is sitting around on their phone. Sometimes hiding behind monitors and not responding until you either get very close or are prompted. The people in the computer department didn't know about computers and couldn't explain what the warranty covered, referring us to a sign. I feel there wasnt much on there to memorize. Ultimately I got what I came for but it's not what I'm used to.

Shoutouts to Greg at Geek Squad for all his help! Brought in my gaming PC for a suspected hardware issue; Greg gave me comprehensive info on what the issue was, answered all my questions, and gave me a thorough estimate for the fix. He also talked me through some options for buying a new PC if I chose to go that route. He was pleasant and respectful and was very knowledgeable. I recommend bringing any devices in need of repair straight to him, he seems to really care about the products he works with!

Searched online for the stock of particular keyboard (mx keys) in a nearby Best buy.
I went to Best buy
In and out in less than 5 mins
Now I have a working keyboard. :)
