Bad customer service experience during pick up of item!
No greetings at first encounter after I greeted them just stared blankly at me.
Then once, my order was retrieved from the back they decided to bounce it one the counter like nothing and spin it in the air a couple of times before handing it to me. It was a tablet! Even after that, I said thank you and not a peep. Horrible overall experience!
Great and outstanding service by home appliance department salesperson Brandon Nyzio! We are very satisfied and pleased customers.
Overall a good experience! The store was clean and the staff were very polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The only downside was that many items I wanted were not available in-store and had to be ordered online. Still, the service made up for it — definitely a nice shopping experience.
If you pay $50 for a premium membership you may find good prices.
