Today, I walked into Best Buy hoping to find a specific cable. Melvin in the front asked me if I needed help immediately and that made my trip much easier. He was very friendly and pointed me in the right direction. I went over to the apple section looking and Vick/Vik immediately came to help. He was so nice and I immediately felt like I was in great hands. Within minutes, he found a new cable I could use for my laptop. He made my entire day. Thank you! I will be returning to this location for any of my future tech needs.

Online ordering and Curbside pickup is really fast.
Went for an online pickup and everything was smooth and quick. Staff was excellent
The geek squad is pointless here. They have 1 person at the desk, another person “clocking in” and about 8 people standing in line however if their next reservation comes in then everyone is pushed back until the reservation is done and no one tells you that you should reserve a spot online to make your stay quicker. There’s a woman here that has been standing here for an hour and a half because she keeps getting pushed back in line. They need better management in this store. Also they need to retrain their employees on how to speak to and handle customers because no one in this department looks like the care about anything at all.
