This location has a great professional team. The staff at the cashier were awesome, especially that one lady. I believe she is the lead in that department. She was willing to assist and went above and beyond to even try to locate a hard to find item for her customers. Truly appreciate that. Even though at the end of the long wait, I wasn’t able to make a purchase, but I appreciate the service they provided. Great work!
I had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy’s delivery and customer support.
I purchased a Nintendo Switch 2, which was marked as “delivered” by the courier (Roadie), but I never received it. The delivery photo was completely black and showed no proof of delivery. The driver also claimed the package was received by a “door person,” but my apartment building does not have one.
I tried contacting the driver multiple times with no response. Best Buy initially told me a replacement claim was submitted, but I later received an email saying they were unable to provide a replacement, without any explanation.
I’m being held responsible for a delivery failure that was clearly not my fault. This has seriously affected my trust in Best Buy.
If you’re planning to buy a Switch online, I’d strongly recommend using Amazon or another retailer instead of Best Buy.
