This is the second time we ordered a stackable dryer from this place, the first time I ordered (8years ago) they made me wait for a month with the appliances taking up space in my kitchen, 50 phone calls later it came. This time I ordered a dryer and stack kit and told the sales person about the unprofessional service I recieved in the past, and told him not to ship the dryer without the stack kit. Guess what, the idiots shipped the dryer without the stack kit. I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING that needs to be delivered with multiple pieces, shipping them together is too difficult for them. The guys who deliver the products are good guys and will help out any way they can.

Had what i needed for last minute Christmas gift but I tried calling and no one ever pick up the phones i called every department… i had to call best buy 1800 number and confirm pay and pick up later what i was looking for and even that was a hassle!!

Terrible experience. I bought an open box microwave online. I arrived on time to pick up and found the glass in broken, which was supposed to be part of their inspection before offering it for sale. I decided to buy another floor display item, which was more expensive, but they failed to wrap it and pack it properly they never applied scotch tape around it or put it in box. When I arrived home and was moving, it from the truck to my house it fell off the wrapping and broke the glass. I went again and the manager was so rude and refused to offer any solution of repair or replacement or refund. Such Terrible customer service

Geek Squad was helpful, but Best Buy has poor communication with its customers. I made an appointment through Best Buy to have my IPhone battery replaced. Gave the details of the phone beforehand and arrived on time; then customer service said they couldn't replace my battery because they had to order it and I'll need to come back afterwards. Makes no sense. Further, I also needed to leave my phone with Geek Squad for an hour so they can disable the my "find my phone" feature which will enable them to purchase a battery for the phone. I was astonished at how poor this system is. Walked out with no battery and was fed up.
