Apparently they don’t take phone calls here . You are forwarded to the corporate customer service who won’t be able to answer any questions. Awful customer service policy

I don’t leave reviews but what a horrible experience! Julian - the store “supervisor” of Best Buy in Riverdale is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I’ve had to deal with. I have been a member of Best Buy for over a decade and have bought all of my appliances and electronics throughout the years from Best Buy. From the beginning he wasn’t willing to help me, he made me call the 1800 Best Buy line to talk to someone since I made my purchase online. The representative on the phone explained that the store should be able to help me. However, he wasn’t willing to hear me out and every time he would step away he would go to another store representative and give them a hand shake as if he was winning a “fight” with a girl the most degrading feeling- and this happened twice! The representative on the phone stated that the store can make a one time exception in my case but Julian didn’t want to help me. If you need anything from Best Buy stay far away from this store. I’m so upset and disappointed to the point where myself, family and company will not be purchasing from Best Buy.
