I just came in to Best Buy here in riverdale, and I originally brought a screen protector for my iPhone 16 pro max and was told that it has a warranty that if my screen was to ever crack or brake, I can come back and replace it. However, I wasn’t told that I was supposed to give them the crack and broken screen protector and since then I temporarily replaced my phone with a screen protector until I come in and get the replacement. Once I explained to the associate that I don’t have the original privacy screen, he went to one of the managers that was talking with his other associates by the door to ask if he can make the exemption, the person who helped me came back and told me he couldn’t be able to give me the replacement. I walked out of there upset. I’ve spend $40 on the screen that constantly cracks and if I’ve I would’ve known about this policy, I wouldn’t have thrown it away. If they aren’t clear about their policy, DON’T SHOP HERE. There’s no business walking through that door, the store is ALWAYS EMPTY, workers are just standing around not knowing what to do, so clearly Best Buy will soon go out of business anyway.

Absolutely horrible customer service all they could do is order fulfillment. They don’t let you get in touch with anybody from the store, including the manager who supposedly said I was gonna give me a call back.
