The Best Buy in Riverdale, NJ is hands-down the WORST Best Buy I’ve ever dealt with. I bought an 'open-box' tablet as a gift, and these clowns didn’t even bother to reset it properly. Now I’m locked out because it’s still tied to some random password, and I’ve wasted EIGHT HOURS trying to fix their incompetence. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a simple gift—now I’m stuck with a useless brick and zero help from your so-called 'experts.' Never buying open-box here again, and neither should anyone else. #BestBuyFail
