Bad experience with some arrogant racist Manager .. Never shop in this stupid store anyway… I just go to Walmart behind it if I need electronics . I hope your store runs out of business…

A shame there's no zero star review.
I live in Bergen County where retail is closed on Sunday, so I was willing to drive the 45 minutes to get something I needed. Bought it on the website before the store opened, and received a confirmation email with a pick-up code.
As I was walking into the store I received a 2nd email telling me the item was no longer available
The Manager was a deer-in-the-headlights problem solver and either had no customer service training, or followed company policy by offering me a token discount that barely cut into their profit margin.
I lost my day, Best Buy lost a customer, and I got the item for a fraction of the price on Ebay.

Worst customer service ever. Don't order anything from them. They outsource all their installation and delivery to this company called CRST home solutions who also deserve 0 stars who themselves outsource all their installation to smaller subcontractors and some freelancers who never show up. It's been over 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my 100" tv to be delivered and installed. I was supposed to get this done 3 weeks ago. They had scheduled multiple appointments but did a no show all the time. Despite all this all they have to offer is a $60 giftcard for inconvenience. Never ever order anything from best buy unless you like wasting hours and hours talking to their customer support team based out of Philippines who are of no help either. Do business with a local smaller store instead and save yourself from all the hassle.
