Still the best place for TVs and Appliances IMO. Warranty program is top notch

I have two poor experiences in this location. I can’t help to think if I was of of another ethnicity I would be treated better.
I would appreciate it if someone reached out to me directly to discuss the awful experience and poor outcome.

Came today for an order pickup, and waited for about 20 minutes outside for an employee to come out, as not surprise, no one came out, tried calling the store and no answer as well. As to my surprise, walking into the store, I found 2 of the employees flirting and distracted not doing their job. When I mentioned the girl that I was outside for 20 minutes, she was surprised, yeah surprised that she was not doing her job.
