Didn’t have my item in stock despite the website saying it was in stock. Three employees were standing around chatting and didn’t want to help us. The young woman who ultimately “helped” us had a bad attitude and barely said 2 words to us. We ended up ordering the item we needed online. Save your time and don’t come to this Best Buy. Find other retailers.

I had a really disappointing experience with the staff at this location. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. When I asked a simple question, I was met with a rude attitude and no effort to provide support. The products are fine, but the customer service was terrible. I won’t be returning unless things improve. Very unfortunate experience.
A cocky manager is a racist.
He need to learn how to treat customer.
