Terrible experience with Geek Squad. I made an appointment to have my phone serviced, but when I arrived, I was told the technician was “about to leave” and that they couldn’t help me—even though I had a confirmed appointment.
When I spoke with the manager, he explained that Apple appointments are out of their control and that the technician had already left. However, a previous associate had just told me the technician was still there, which was very confusing and frustrating.
I understand that sometimes appointments can’t be fulfilled, but customers should be notified and the appointments should be canceled ahead of time. Instead, I wasted my time and money driving to a location that couldn’t honor my scheduled appointment.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend coming here.

I walked into bestbuy yesterday in search for a laptop for my engineering classes at college. The store was very clean and organized and I was approached by Harvey who greeted and directed us to the laptop section. Harvey went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. I told him I was on a budget so he recommended I should look at some of the Open Box deals. He was knowledgeable on the products and we were then able to narrow it down and pick the right one for me. He also recommended the Plus membership since it offers an extended 60 day return or exchange window. I was able to save a lot on this purchase and the HP Omniboox is a great laptop with 2-1 features so this would definitely useful for AutoCAD and other classes. 32 Gb of ram and Intel core ultra 7 processor, couldn't ask for more. Overall, this was a great experience and great deal that I walked out with. Highly recommend this location for their stellar service.
Ordered a Switch 2, got sent a TV. Delivery refused. Found out the order was being supplied from this store so just putting the appropriate rating for my terrible experience.
