Never shop at Best Buy because they won’t take responsibility when they made a mistake. I brought an long refrigerator 3 days ago, and I spent $50 dollar on haul-away service, 3 days ago when they shipped the new refrigerator, they didn’t take the old one away and when we asked, they was being hella rude about it. So we contracted the customer service and explained the situation, they first gave me an excuse saying that it was because it was too dirty, mind yall, it wasn’t even dirty at all, that was an lame excuse they had, and after going back and forth, the service switched to the manager and supervisor where they promised me that we would get an $200 dollar compensation alongside an full refund for the $50 and told us we will get an call soon, it been 3 days and the haven’t contacted us at all so today we contracted them again, this time, they gave another excuse saying there was pest like bugs on the fridge, which mind u, that was not true because we hire professionals pest control every month as we do business for over 10 years, and I know it excuses because it went from being dirty 3 days ago to pest. I even emailed them the proof of us hiring pest control every 1 month which they ignored because they knew. They also refuse to give me my compensation which I also stated that I can just take $100 instead cuz this is insane and they act like we born yesterday trying to gaslight me about there no record and refuse to switch to the manager. After going back and forth for 1 hour, we called in again and explained once again to them denying again so they decided to switch the call to the supervisor and told me I have to wait 30 min because the supervisor is busy which is fine cuz it understandable, it been 3 hours, we called in since 9-11am. They still haven’t called me back. This is an big business that refuse to take accountability. I’m currently waiting for the $50 refund and they told me I have to wait 5 days and if I don’t get my refund, you will be sued and I am not playing with you.
