I had an incredible experience at this Best Buy location (Store #474). I was in the middle of a delivery and feeling a bit overwhelmed, but a young man working here went above and beyond to help me out. His kindness and willingness to assist without hesitation truly turned my day around. It’s rare to find such genuine, helpful service these days. Huge respect to the staff member who assisted me during my delivery run today. He handled everything with such genuine kindness and a great attitude. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of, and that kind of character is rare. 10/10 service!"
