Thank you for your help Marwa, you were very helpful.
I accompanied my grandson to buy a new monitor. On entering, I told a staff member we were looking for a monitor. He responded,."OK, I will have a Blue Shirt meet you at the department." As we approach the department, I heard over the sound system, "Blue Shirt needed at the monitor department." The Blue shirt arrived one minute after we reached the department. The Blue shirt was pleasant and polite.
With his help my grandson found a monitor that met his needs. The Blue shirt rang us up and we left the store satisfied all in about 15 minutes. My suggestion, shop late. The store closes at 9 PM.
Absolutely horrendous customer service experience with a home delivery. My salesperson in store was friendly but failed to provide basic information, resulting in a very frustrating overall experience. There have been multiple failures of communication and ball drops since I swiped my credit card. Calling in takes forever, their AI system does not function well and is hard to get past, and the live people (I have had the misfortune of speaking to multiple) literally told me that they deal with many angry home delivery customers. I am a long time Best Buy customer and usually purchase all my major appliances here, but will be shopping elsewhere moving forward.
David is a phenomenal geek squad employee and went above and beyond for us!
