I had bought a laptop from somewhere else, and it still has a manufacturer warranty. HP directs me to Best Buy as they are an authorized partner. I make an appointment,I get there to the Geeksquad, no one is there. They show up 10 min late. Now had it been I who was late, they wouldn't help me. Then after we go through everything, he sees that I didnt buy my laptop from Best Buy, and it's an issue and he seems to shut down. He went to get who I think was his manager Antonio. He tried to help me. The other person once he saw there were key missing, he automatically said "it's physical damage, it's nulls the warranty." I wasn't there for the keyboard, I was there for the fact the laptop doesn't turn on. Didn't try to help me anymore then that. I was truly considering buying a laptop for myself here, but after this experience, I will never buy anything from here again.

Horrible I went in to buy two laptops and I honestly only walked out with one was looking for laptop for my kids since it’s a school requirement and they lady that help me her name was “Sophia “ as she stated don’t even know if she was telling the truth didn’t even have a name tag all she was talking about was cars while checking me out with her other employees didn’t even feel wanted for me to spend my money or when I asked to put warranty didn’t even wanna confirm that my warranty was added and it’s honestly sad cause it be your own race to treat you like crap before its some one else very horrible experience and then when I asked to speak to a manager I expressed my experience and he told me he needed to hurry back with another customer as I wasn’t even one very sad leaving this store I honestly regret giving them my money not to mention I wanted two laptops but only left with one due to poor customer service ..: and money to me is not a problem I shop constantly every where but never again will I shop here lost one great paying customer ..: never again
