It’s a place where you don’t even realize how time passes. It opened just a few months ago—they moved here from a location where entering and exiting was very difficult. This place is perfect in every way. I bought my Epson EcoTank ET-8550 printer from here, and after a year it developed a problem with the print head. I brought it back, and without any questions, they took it and within a few minutes brought me a brand new replacement. I couldn’t believe it.

Terrible experience with Geek Squad. I made an appointment to have my phone serviced, but when I arrived, I was told the technician was “about to leave” and that they couldn’t help me—even though I had a confirmed appointment. When I spoke with the manager, he explained that Apple appointments are out of their control and that the technician had already left. However, a previous associate had just told me the technician was still there, which was very confusing and frustrating. I understand that sometimes appointments can’t be fulfilled, but customers should be notified and the appointments should be canceled ahead of time. Instead, I wasted my time and money driving to a location that couldn’t honor my scheduled appointment. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend coming here.
