I went to this Best Buy to pick up an item. The staff was very helpful in asking if I needed assistance and the store manager, David, was a terrific delight in the process. The customer service was exceptional in my experience.
The last experience I had here was terrible. I returned a microsoft laptop immediately that was defective and the manager and staff would not give me a cash return, only store credit, going against policy. Also, when i was attempting to buy a mac, they continued to ignore me and persuade me to try a different brand. I was so appauled that i went to a different best buy to purchase my mac. I told the other location about my horror story and they stated they "weren't surprised," that they hear stories about the secaucus location. I left a message with the corporafe office that i wanted to file a complaint and the corporate office didng get back! Ive shopped at best buy my entire life and have spent thousands, but im going to reconsider where i go for my next devices.

Ordered 55” $2700 outdoor TV. Never delivered after 3 appointments made. Made 2 additional visits to store and spent hours on hold with Best Buy and Maersk Shipping to resolve. Had to drive to Maersk in Elizabeth and pick it up myself. Clown show.
