HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this Best Buy. I bought a new phone and traded in my old phone for a $350 discount and promotional $200 gift card. The employees in the store failed to properly close out my pickup order so I was refunded, and then charged again for the full price of the device with no gift card or credit!
I've been between the store and best buy corporate for a MONTH trying to get what I'm owed and they keep passing me between the other! No one knows what to do! I even called corporate and had them speak with the store supervisor in the store and they still could not solve the issue. They gave me an email to contact, and surprise surprise those people can't help me either!
Neither the store or corporate wants to accept blame, and then they had the nerve to challenge my credit card dispute!

I had a horrific experience with this store and best buy online, I purchased a 75in LG TV and when I finally opened my package because i had to wait for a tv stand, the tv was broken.Unfortunately they advertise online returns can be taken to a store. That is completely false. As I pay for a $30.00 Uber to and from the store because they refuse to except the return. Now i have to wait for them to come to my house to pick up this 75in TV. I should have gone to PC Richards.
