I was @ Wallmart 1 more time 4 vitamins. No more they suck plain & simple. Couldn't find what I wanted. The vitamins were all over the place. Not in alphabetical order anymore. Very disappointing

Purchased a new computer from Best Buy. The sales person was excellent. Even purchased the 1 year Geek Squad service and had them transfer the old computer to new computer. You can schedule appointments for Geek Squad online or you can walk right in. Although it doesn't matter whether you make an appointment or walk in because the line can be ridiculously long with only 1 person at the counter. I'm not going to blame the person at the counter because each person I've met with has been extremely patient especially when customers were being rude and obnoxious in line. I blame management for not placing two agents at the desk. That would be my recommendation for the Geek Squad: have more agents when needed.

Had an appointment to install a dash cam. Was stuck in traffic and was running 20 minutes late. I called and the person on the phone said it won’t be a problem. When I got there, the guy said that I’m too late to do anything. Then why tell me to come in on the phone? Requested my money back. Thanks for the wasted trip!
