Review: ★☆☆☆☆ - A Disastrous Experience from Pickup to Support I am beyond frustrated with the lack of accountability and the physical burden this experience has placed on me. I ordered an open-box all-in-one desktop online, and the entire process has been a series of failures. The In-Store Experience: Even though I received a notification that my order was ready, I had to wait for the computer to be reset to factory settings once I arrived. The store then packaged the unit in two regular brown boxes taped together. It was incredibly bulky, heavy, and difficult to carry. Despite the size of the box, not a single employee offered to help me carry it to my car. Missing Items & Poor Quality Control: Upon getting the computer home, I discovered the keyboard and mouse were missing. The box only contained the monitor, stand, and power cord. This is a massive oversight for an order that was supposedly "ready" for pickup. The Customer Service Nightmare: Trying to resolve this was even worse. Calling the store redirects you to a corporate line where agents have zero power to help with store-level mistakes. * They could not provide a direct store number or transfer me to the location. * They refused to ship the missing peripherals or offer a partial refund to cover the cost of buying them separately. * Their only solution was for me to repackage the bulky unit and drive it back. The Physical Burden: As someone who is handicapped, the demand to haul a wide, heavy box down two flights of stairs and drive another 20 miles (plus tolls) to fix their mistake is unacceptable. Because I chose "In-Store Pickup," they refuse to send a courier to collect it or talk to me like a human being over the phone. Between the gas, the tolls, and the physical strain, this was a complete waste of time and money. The phone representatives were polite, but 100% unhelpful. I just wanted the missing items I paid for, but instead, I’m stuck with a heavy box and no resolution. Avoid open-box items at all costs. Now I understand why their stores are underperforming and closing. Also, record all calls with customer service as I did, for your protection as they do on their end.
