The worst experience. Someone i know bought a laptop more than a week ago and still hasn't receive it. Your customer service line is horrible, keeps getting disconnected, and the representatives just say I have to wait keep waiting. I bought many things from here but i can see that I am doubting I will do that anymore.
The staff was not helpful around that will be the last time I'll go to that location

A little messy but got what I needed
I was just there this morning for a scheduled remote start installation. They called me to tell me they can't Install my kit because the negative port on my battery is dirty with acid build up. So In short they couldn't install my kit. I come home and cleaned the port and used a simple socket wrench to remove the connection which came off easily. They also gave me excuses that dashboard lights could light up if they remove that connection if ever the installation didn't work. What kind of installers do you have in your staff?? Such incompetent technicians!!! I drove from Staten Island for this installation that they told me. Could only be done in an hour and a half only to be turned down for simple things that they're not willing to do? That is just stupid. That is just incompetence. That is just laziness in their part. Bad for. Business. F
Bad for reviews. Bad for customer assistance. This is just unacceptable. There should be no stars on this complaint.
