How do I check product availability at the Union Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Union Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Spoke on the phone with Val for about a half hour and asked to speak with a manager regarding my extended warranty. She refused to transfer my call and stated the manager was in a meeting and would return my call within a half hour. The manager (Joy) never returned my call. I have been a Best Buy Total member for several years. I will be canceling my membership due to the poor customer service I received. Additionally, the the Best Buy Total membership is not worth the price. I was given the run around and was provided false information several times. Definitely dont buy the extended warranties. Costco has a superior policy and customer service. I will be reaching out to Corporate regarding this issue.

Very bad customer service, a lady who attended me looked very nervous and stressed, she was talking loudly and spoiled in front of the manager. Very bad!! She should look for another job.
