First ever negative review but here goes. I went to this Best But location to visit the geek squad for an iPhone repair. The geek squad employee (initials DP) told me that my phone was not able to be repaired but since I have AppleCareplus he would be able to provide a replacement phone for $99 plus tax and I could keep my broken phone in the interim. He said I’d have my new replacement phone Iin 1-3 business days. Naively I accepted his offer. I even convinced my husband to get his phones broken screen checked out while we were there (for $30!) We left the store and after 6 hours received a call that my husbands phone couldn’t be fixed due to an “Apple service outage” but my request had gone out for a replacement. They were unable to refund my husbands service fee. I’m now one week out, still phone less, with no updates to my replacement phone order queue. I’ve called the geek squad multiple times and can’t get through to anyone. I just want my phone! Or at the very least my $99 back.
Poor policy and sales people don't tell you that you can't upgrade your phone plan there can only upgrade your phone
Will never visit this best buy again on rt22 in union nj...most tvs had no prices and workers didn't want to help.. this one lady standing up front when you first walk in was helpless and seemed happy to not want to help i think she had dreds... this place is helpless i won't be back to that one
