Horrible experience with this Best Buy the customer service is horrible no accountability and the manager Adnand does absolutely nothing for him to be a manager, I spent alot of money only for the tv to not work and then to be treated in an unfairly manner is unacceptable, will probably never go to this Best Buy again....

I had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy.
I purchased a brand-new Microsoft Surface Laptop online from Best Buy. During the initial setup, I discovered that the keyboard was completely non-functional, making it impossible to finish configuring the laptop.
I took it to my local Best Buy store, where the Geek Squad technician confirmed that the keyboard was defective. However, instead of replacing the brand-new defective laptop, I was told the device had to be reset first. Since the keyboard didn’t work, they said they would charge me $100 to perform the reset, and if I didn’t pay, they would not process the replacement. This decision was confirmed by the branch manager.
It’s unreasonable to expect a customer to pay to resolve a manufacturing defect on a brand-new product that arrived faulty. I wasted nearly two hours at the store and left without a resolution.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I expected Best Buy to stand behind the products they sell, but instead I was asked to pay extra because the product was defective out of the box. Extremely disappointing.
