Most pathetic store ,i had gone to buy phone..even after 20 minutes no one is bothered to attend or bothered to ask customers.The sales woman by name "DAMATRIS" was least bothered even to look at customer or inform them that it would take time,whoever is the store manager he/she needs to train his staff.

Please avoid this Best Buy at all costs. I have been to this location twice in two days to exchange a mouse. It says there are two in stock — 4 different employees were “searching” for the mouse and wasted over an hour of my Sunday. Mind you, I can see/hear they are chatting and fooling around with each other while telling me they are “still looking for it”, with not a care in the world. They come back with THE WRONG MOUSE. So frustrating. Never again.

Great service and friendly staff highly recommend
I had curbside pick up online order and i waited 20 minutes for my item to come out. No one ever came and I went inside to obtain my items. Multiple employees standing around and no one looked interested in helping me
