Their billing department are irresponsible, they don't do their jobs, and then it falls on the customer. They were charging the annual Geek Squad Protection Plan to my husband's CLOSED account instead of my account that the Protection Plan has always been charged for many years before. They still haven't fixed the problems 2 years and 20 phone calls later. Some supervisors stated they would fix the problem but haven't. My husband has not been given $413 refund they owe him. Yet he is getting Collection letter threatening to ruin his outstanding good credit.

Great staff. Genida is amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't know what VR to get and she helped me pick out the Quest 3S and I love it!

I stopped by the store earlier this week looking for a new iPad for my Mom. I usually have to translate for her, but luckily there was a very helpful employee, Kiera who was able to help us out. Since she spoke fluent Spanish she was able to make my Mom more comfortable with all of the options she had and was able to explain the differences in iPads better than I could myself. The customer service was great! This store really prioritizes the needs of the customer and making everyone feel welcomed.
