I needed a new radio for my jeep so to best buy I went. I was able to order everything I needed online and set up an installation appointment. Before my appointment I had received a phone call from the gentleman who did the installation informing (believe his name was Mike) me that the radio I had purchased was plaqued with issues and recommended a better one. I was able to exchange the radios. My appointment went quick. I was in and out about an hour or less. Mike did a phenomenal job. Radio works and sounds great. I am 1000% satisfied.

Very clean and beautiful store. The agents helped me find exactly what I was looking for and were very friendly. That’s why I buy all my tech from these stores. They have the best and most helpful staffing out there.

Without a doubt the worst experience ordering something from Best Buy. Ordered a printer 8/21 was to be delivered 8/23 no show waited 8/24 no show mean while, I'm tracking the package Fedx made it to Gibbsboro NJ and then it suddenly disappeared (LOST) I call bestbuy ship to store I'll pick up, bestbuy it will be there Wednesday guarantee 8/28 call bestbuy it is still Processing at warehouse we will send you a email when it ships. At this point I'm livid and I tell them this is unexceptable I want my money back. I now I have to wait 7-10 business days for my money. Not a Satisfied customer

They lie! Don't buy their service plans! They lie and they are fraudulent. After 2 years charged me to renew my plan. We paid, the plan didn't renew, I was charged $200 for a discount program that has nothing to do with my 2 year old LG washer tower that can no longer wash clothes. But, it was framed as renewing my service plan. I was told by the repairman on the way to my house. Should have known better to listen to anyone at this store or any Best Buy! I guess if you want to learn how to lie, go work at Best Buy.
