I recently visited Best Buy to purchase a new phone and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and ready to help as soon as I walked in. The ladies at the counter were very professional and efficient. Roselyn provided exceptional service and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the process. She made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the team’s willingness to help and would highly recommend this location.

Literally the worst service customer .. me and my mom were standing at the customer service counter for a while and the guy finally came up and I told him I came for a pair of AirPods (which are behind the counter) and he said okay I’ll be back.. left, came and helped someone else meanwhile we just stood there 😂 like ? What a waste of time !
