One time my wallet fell out the window of a moving bus, and when I pulled the string for the bus to stop and asked the bus driver "Can you wait for me? I'll be right back" and I went to get my wallet but it fell in the storm drain and I couldn't reach it, and when I turned around to get back on the bus and it had already driven away and I was about 5 hours from home with no wallet, a phone with a dead battery and no clue how to get home, I said to myself "At least I'm not at Best Buy right now."
My husband and I had a very good experience at Best Buyin Vineland. Paul and Caleb helped us find a new refrigerator that would be definitely delivered the next week. We were storing things in a cooler. They double checked that our refrigerator was definitely in stock at the warehouse. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our new refrigerator was delivered yesterday , by three very nice young men( all named Jay!). They did a great job installing it and going over everything. Thank you. Mary and Dan Thompson, Elmer, NJ
I like the selection of products they offer but will say the vineland store has poor customer service. Had to go to 3 different people just to purchase a laptop. Was happy with the deal I got and the manager was professional .
