0 stars honestly Worst customer service walked in the workers r all standing behind the counter staring didn’t ask what I needed help with or anything so I started asking my question towards who ever is going to help and they still were standing all looking at me like I’m speaking a different language then said it was to late for me to buy a phone and activate it when I just bought a phone yesterday and activated 30 minutes before they were closing. I think one of the workers behind the registers were the manger and he was totally rude. Best Buy Vineland hire better employees and need better customer service, def was disappointed with the whole encounter.

I can not even begin to express my profound gratitude for employee Crystal. She went above and beyond to help my 75 year old mother with her iPhone. I'm an android user so I had no clue. My mom confused pass code with password and in the end we weren't able to access the phone or reset the password (apples problem) however my mom left with a new laptop and I was amazed at the amount of patience Crystal had for us. The store was busy and Crystal was able to help other customers in between (it took apple 3 hours to send us a new passcode) and greeted us when we returned after leaving for lunch. It made a long day not so bad and she is amazing!
