I went to the Mayslanding store for a washer machine not one person was on the floor so I walked to the room on the side I found a guy and asked him about a washer he told me they didn’t have any In stock to go to the Vineland store as he pointed at the price card on top of the washer I was wanted to purchase. As I drove 40 minutes to Vineland and went into there store the lady told me they have not a single washer in stock so I left mad and disappointed. My husband then called me stating he bought a washer on line at the Mayslanding store where I was in the beginning as we had to pick it up by 5 pm . As we walk in I asked for the manager and explained the whole ordeal she proceeded to tell me I should of called the store before I drove there never mind her employee never even looked in there stock room .. terrible customer service my husband received the washer that I wanted from the beginning and loaded it by himself. Not even a single star would I give to their customer service.

Ordered a microwave with delivery and installation. We received a call the night before with an exact time. They promptly showed up. There was an issue with installation on our end but they left the microwave and we rescheduled the installation after our issue was fixed. Again, we received a call the night before with an exact time. They showed up and installation was completed. We had a great experience with this location.

It's...fine. Understaffed but the staff I did interact with were nice. Uncompetitive prices on things like cables and adapters but competitive on some things. All in all it's an ok store.
