Had a great experience speaking with employees and they were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I spoke to (I think his name was Yamin) and he helped me trouble shoot some issues with my computer. Great staff and fast service.

Very pleasant place to buy or service stuff,staff is fabulous 👌 👏
No store was empty at the time I went it was easy to browse the store, It was easy to find what I needed with the help of a sales associate. Everything was labeled and signs showed where to go. I wasn't sure of the product to buy for there was so many options and with the help of the associate I found what I needed. He was knowledgeable on the products, they asked what I needed from the product and how much did I want to spend.

I would like to thank Ricardo for help me and my wife at pick up counter.
My wife and I bought Airpod, throught bestbuy.com and used trade-in program.
When I processed trade in for my Airpod pro, I accidentally selected Airpod2 instead of Airpod (Gen1), so it was about cause confusion later, once the item was shipped to trade in center.
Ricardo catches my mistake and he processed as correct information and provided us with solutions.
Otherwise I was about to lose my $30 discount and probably get upset later.
I haven't gone to Best Buy for a long time, but I think staff like Ricardo keeps value of human touch in retail business.
I would recommend talking to staff there and ask for advice to maximize your satisfaction of purchasing electronics and appliances.
