Very rude girl with braids at the cashiers.
Everyone else was always very kind and helpful asking, “how can I help? What can I do for you?” But OMG when I paid it was like I felt like I was her bully from HS.

I wanted to buy a stereo for my classic Lincoln Town car, and it was a problem. I was quoted high prices by a number of places, as high as a thousand dollars. A friend recommended Best Buy. I purchased the stereo and all necessary parts at the Secaucus location with Kenny's expert assistance, and he set up an installation appointment with Jeremiah at the Woodland Park store. The job was done quickly and professionally, and the total cost for the stereo and labor to install it only 420. I am now shopping for a home computer, and I will be back at Best Buy. I give them my highest recommendation.

I've bought 7-8 computers from Best Buy (Woodland and Riverdale locations) for our business. My most recent purchase was missing the USB connector for the keyboard and mouse and Best Buy wouldn't replace. They lost a long-time customer over a small part. Very silly move to a lose a customer from a retail center!
