Very unhelpful staff. Went in to return an item that was delivered but the item was not the correct specs. They told me they do not accept returns for that and have to open it up a case with customer service which is unheard of. Went to a different store in bergen and they accepted the return and refunded me very quickly with no hassle. This place needs willing helpful staff, not clueless fools that make up their own policy rules.

This best buy tripled their SDD prices, but on top of that the SanDisk hard drives they are selling are defective. I bought three hard drives for my business; one I had to return immediately. Upon first use out of the box it would just freeze when plugged into my computer. The second one kind of works but is still somewhat defective, every time I plug in this brand-new hard drive it needs to be "repaired". I'm not sure why best buy is price gouging customers and selling inferior products but it disappointing. If I'm paying triple the price I except this stuff to work.
Don't even get me started on their data recovery services. Complete joke. It took them five months for them to tell me they could recover files on an HDD Drive I brought in. Because this process has taken so long, I don't even need half of the files anymore. They are insistent that I purchase yet another drive on top of the $1,800 I've spent for data recovery. Won't be back here in any capacity related to data storage or recovery.
The colors on the screen of the television I purchased from there—which was covered by a 5-year warranty—would sometimes bleed into one another. I took it back to have it replaced. They handed it over to the technical service department. The service center subsequently called me to say there were no issues, and they returned the television to me.
