We went in to buy a flat screen tv today & no employees were willing to assist us. The apple rep employee was the only one to assist us in carrying a 55 inch tv across the store. Not 1 Best Buy employee helped us they just sat there as we loaded it by ourselves.

Great customer service, inventory is lacking. All three items I went into the store for were not in stock and would have had to been ordered.
