I made the mistake of buying a Pixel 9 Pro online from this store. The transaction included the trade-in of my old phone. When I got to the store, the clerk accepted my old phone without warning me that not having the phone available was going to prevent me from porting my old account information to the new phone. The result is that my new phone will be useless for at least a day during which time I won't have a phone available. It is a shocking, infuriating, and entirely unnecessary problem that would easily been averted if Best Buy was even marginally competent. I am done with this wretched company. When they finally close their doors, they'll probably blame it on Amazon but the truth is that their own incompetence and indifference to their customers will be what did them in.
