The stupid ai keeps hanging up on me I just wanted to call in store to know if they had a item and I cant even talk to a human and when I finally get it to actually put me on a line with someone no one answers the phone I'm on hold for 40 minutes then hung up on people here are lazy and shouldn't be delt with frankly they should go out of business and stop using AI and answer there stupid phones.

Called to report speeding drivers in residential neighborhoods, the AI phone answering system made it impossible to reach an actual person, and eventually just disconnected the call. I finally got through on the second call, but it took more than 5 minutes on hold to reach a human. They did not take the complaint seriously, Albuquerque like every city in the United States, has a 25 mph speed limit unless posted otherwise. Drivers speeding at double the speed are common, but when it's a business van...it's really stupid. I'd never give Best Buy my business.
