I just bought a TV cash and he was supposed to give me $2.90 back shut the register and I told him hey what about my change says that the drawers closed and he can’t get to it has me walk all the way to the front to see if you can get it from a different register he still can’t and tells me oh it’s just under three dollars. You don’t need it right and I’m like well kinda looks like I have no choice but to leave without my change because for some reason you thought just set the register and not pay me what you owe me
I know it’s only $2.90 but I guess it’s just the principal why you thought you didn’t need to give me my change back

Store is great but i had the rudest lady at the geek squad counter, I was mentioning i had a question, then went on to tell her I was a best buy total member, she cut me off mid sentence and said I don't care about any of that just ask the question.. pretty poor customer service.

I purchased an iPad on cyber Monday. From this westside location. Today, I went back to the store to return and rebuy the iPad- switching payment methods while still keeping the price I paid for the item.
Kyle , who I suppose is a manager would not help me and stated that he could not return the item and re sell it for me at yesterdays price lol. He stated that is “erosion”.
Mind you, I worked at bestbuy 10 years ago and we would always help customers do this.
Kyle was not helpful, not kind and dismissive. His efforts to help me was very lazy and apathetic.
I then went to the bestbuy on the east side, store 223 and the GM was EXTREMELY helpful. He processed my return, let me rebuy on a different payment method, and matched the price.
Terrible customer service by Kyle.
