Worst place to purchase anything, I had my ID to pickup an item. My mom purchased and I came here showed a picture of my ID they said they needed to see my mom's ID and she needed to be in person. I've never has this much trouble with any stores before. I will absolutely not be coming here anymore. Best Buy just wasted my time, 0/10 I don't like this place now.

This location is definitely 5 stars. The staff are all amazing and I have had great experiences here for the past 5 years. My one star rating is for the Total plan by Best Buy. I used to tell people it was the greatest thing ever. They spam your email with three per day and information regarding your membership will get clogged in the crap they constantly send. I purchased 11 computers, 2 game systems, vacuums, televisions, appliances etc. I will NEVER purchase another item due to my Total plan being cancelled on all my items. I had 147 emails from them in a 60 day period. They send your plan info from the same address. I'm looking for a new place to do business on my electronics.
