This Best Buy is … horrible, went in to buy a PC made is specific about wanting it to just play and being a first time PC so nothing too fancy yet, got thrown a bunch of info of why we need the most expensive one, then said okay we’ll let us do some research we had to leave and wanted to just buy the keyboard, mouse and headset and was then told “well… why would you wanna do that if you aren’t even getting a PC. You should get the most expensive one first and not even worry about the headset, keyboard or mouse” so we said okay then BYE. My dad had the same guy a different day, asked for a HDMI splitter he belittled my dad saying “there is no such a thing” when asked someone else they said “oh yeah you need an HDMI splitter”..
Next day went to the BestBuy on 55 Hotel Cir NE and they are soo much better. Santi helped us out told him exactly what we told the other guy and suggested us what we should start with as beginners, didn’t push the most expensive item, educated us and didn’t make us feel stupid. We even got more things for less than the one PC!
Overall if you want to go to BestBuy and you may even be unsure on what your getting, go to the BestBuy on 55 Hotel Cir NE, they take care of their customers even on the way out we were helped. It’s literally Night and Day difference.

Omg laptop prices have shot through the roof since the last time I had come here. There were a few and I mean a few under 1k. But I would say 85% where over 1k.
