Had a scheduled same day appointment for cell phone battery change. Drove 25 min just to hear from customer service that it cannot be done. Placed fault on apple rather than taking responsibility that they are scheduling appointments which they cannot address. Careful at this location when you schedule appointment with Greek Squad.

Don’t buy anything from here online for customer pickup. Their website will tell you it’s in stock and available for pickup in an hour and then after you pay you will get an email that says there is an issue with the item not being in stock and then you get the pleasure of waiting 10 days for a refund. Do better Best Buy. With technology available today it should be easy to keep track of your inventory.
