The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Their inventory showed they had one in stock of the product I wanted, but no one could find it. They certainly went above and beyond in the search. They informed me of my options and, although I'll have to wait to receive my purchase, they were able to take care of me.
Very friendly and helpful
I am writing to formally report a concerning incident that occurred today at approximately 12:55 PM at the store located at 3741 Ellison Rd. NW.
While visiting the store to exchange an item, I used a gift card and paid the remaining balance for a sale item. During the transaction, we noticed that the supervisor—against whom we have previously filed a complaint—was observing us closely and communicating about our presence to the customer service representative, Ellio, over the radio.
After completing the transaction and as we were exiting the building, the supervisor, Melissa, stated loudly enough for both my partner and me to hear, "Yeah, that's right. Pay the difference." When my partner returned to clarify her remark, she denied making the statement. I believe this interaction was captured on the store's surveillance cameras.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and made us feel extremely unwelcome. As a frequent customer both in-store and online, I find this treatment unacceptable.
