Horrible, Horrible Customer Service. I purchased a Whirlpool appliance bundle and I was given a 2 year warranty through Total Tech. After the purchase I received an email stating that Total Tech was going to start charging roughly $175 /year. My wife and I are disabled and when I called BestBuy to let them know I couldn't afford this $175 I specifically asked if this would effect any of my warranties prior to this new charge. I was told NO. Now when I need warranty work BestBuy tells me they will not honor the warranty because I didn't spend this new charge. This is HORRIBLE Customer Service and because of this I will never step foot in a BestBuy store again. Fortunately I can get the same bundles through Lowe's and Home Depot. TV's are also cheaper at Walmart.

I wanted to buy a new keyboard but they are spread all around the store. An attendant helped me but sent me to a specific brand area. Besides that, it is still a good store.
