I just browsed the store. The section with computers seemed to have a nice selection. I felt they were a little higher priced than other places. I didn't purchase anything. The checkout seemed like people were getting through the line and out the door quickly. I was approached multiple times and asked if I needed help. That was a big plus.

Been a customer for years, but my last experience mauve the last time I shop here. Their delivery people brought my washer attached to the pedestal damaging my wood floor that are a fairly new. The company o need to fix it won't return calls and best buy is no help they transferred you and you get hung up on. I told them not to bring the washer down with a dolly. They said they do it all the time.
