I purchased an iPad on cyber Monday. From this westside location. Today, I went back to the store to return and rebuy the iPad- switching payment methods while still keeping the price I paid for the item.
Kyle , who I suppose is a manager would not help me and stated that he could not return the item and re sell it for me at yesterdays price lol. He stated that is “erosion”.
Mind you, I worked at bestbuy 10 years ago and we would always help customers do this.
Kyle was not helpful, not kind and dismissive. His efforts to help me was very lazy and apathetic.
I then went to the bestbuy on the east side, store 223 and the GM was EXTREMELY helpful. He processed my return, let me rebuy on a different payment method, and matched the price.
Terrible customer service by Kyle.

Customer service is excellent. Prices for the holidays are amazing! Thank you!
Everything in one place, I browse best buy for deals and usually find some.they also price match so ask someone about that.
