It was easy to find what I needed and the employees were very helpful.
Waited and waited for assistance, even asked the cashier to send someone and nothing.
Like most other places, Best Buy is struggling with too few employees. Still, management would do well to remember: it's all about Customer Service. I waited...and waited...and WAITED, untill the manager noticed me and directed me to the Customer Service line. (I I was waiting at checkout) He could have some empathy, AND courtesy. Sheesh! What was I, chopped liver?
Walked in past the sales associates. No one greeted us nor asked if what we where in for. We found our stuff after wondering the store with no one asking is we needed help.
