Not the newest tech compared to other bestbuys , couldn't find meta glasses

I really don't like shopping online, the last three times I've gone to Best buy, it's been a failure,.1 I wanted a lanyard, of some form that I could attach to my cell phone, so that when I put it down and left it someplace, I had less likelihood, of leaving it. I've left it in a shopping cart before, eventually I had to invent something, a small clip at the end, with a Navy lanyard, but Best buy failed me and I've asked for the item multiple times 2) and again I needed, an adapter a female USB to type c, they didn't have that either. 3) The staff used to be helpful and knowledgeable, and that seems to have disappeared, they're interested in social interaction, but they're not much interested in helping the customer.. this is my experience, from July of 2025, through October of 2025, before you go there I would suggest you check on online, because it's a waste of time going to Best buy
