I went to buy a sim card, but they said they didn't have any. I saw they had some, but the service was poor.

Excellent variety of computer parts and expertise in the customer service department! I brought my sister here in order to build her a PC, and associate James helped me pick out parts until he realized a prebuilt would come with better parts at a better price. He recommended a model from Alienware, which has been a perfect fit for her needs!
