They were very confused and sold me the wrong thing.
Now Im going crazy trying to navigate their online customer service. Wish they had humans for customer service

I bought an Internet extender and wiring a couple weeks ago because my Internet was not working correctly and long story short centuryLink was having an issue with their connection and I no longer needed the item. When I went to return the item, it seemed that the person helping me was already not happy to be there and she said that I was going to receive a store credit for the items because it’s a 15 day policy to return it. I had no knowledge of that and I take full accountability for not reading the fine print on the receipt. However, when I mentioned to her that it would be helpful if the cashiers could take a couple of extra seconds to let customers know that she seemed very disinterested and a little bit snarky with her response as if she did not want to relay that message. So this review is for anyone that’s purchasing electronics at Best Buy. I genuinely did not know the 15 day policy as I work full-time and go to school full-time and there are times that I do not have time to read the fine print on the receipt. I genuinely thought that they had a 30 day return policy, but that is not the case. So if you are buying anything at Best Buy and you need to return the item because it’s no longer needed you are warned. Furthermore, if you try to give Best Buy staff friendly feedback They are very short and do not want to hear constructive criticism.
