I went in to buy a TV expecting it to be a long and somewhat difficult process, but the employees were so helpful! Super informative and kind. Awesome customer service.

Non existent service. I went in shortly after they opened. I need an item that they had locked up. I stood around for several minutes and couldn’t find anyone to help me. I went over to the geek squad area where 3 employees stood there talking. There were no customers. I asked one of the guys if they could get someone to help me. The guy didn’t answer, and walked off. A little while later a different employee walked by. I asked her if i could speak to a manager. She snapped at me that she would be with me in a bit, and walked away. I decided to leave. On the way out, i asked the cashier if the lady i talked to was the manager. The cashier said yes, she was the manager on duty. What a waste of time for me. I couldn’t get helped, and when i asked for help, i got no reply the first time, and snapped at the next time by the manager. Don’t bother going into this store.

I dont know what happened to Best Buy. What a fiasco and no one not even the "manager" on duty Mariana would take responsibility for screw ups. Instead of "Im sorry, let's get this fixed for you right away" it's "Well I don't know why they would tell you that. All that does is end up with you in the store mad at us." I honestly at this point wish Circuit City was still around. I got no updates on my order and then suddenly my order was canceled. Prior to all this I was told to drive to two different stores one being 135 miles away which I did. Then they cant find the product. I was told the order would be in on one day and that I would get an update in my email for pickup, never happened. All of this involved for the same thing. And then they had the nerve to tell me well "it's not a bunch of crap".... thanks Mariana for handling that about as poorly as could be handled today. No responsibility or professionalism from you today. Best Buy 55 hotel circle is a joke of a best buy. Being told on 2 seperate occasions that it's available at another store, going to 3 different stores, 4 and half hours of total driving, spending an hour waiting for them to locate the item, being told it will be there in a couple days, leaving empty handed, never getting any sort of update, a week later calling the store and being told it will be in same day and I will recieve a text or email with the update, never recieving update(with the product sitting in the store) the manager who has zero idea how to handle frustrating situations, being told it's not a bunch of crap that I had to go thru. Yeah no it's total bull, and the worst service I have ever receive or had to deal with. But yeah don't take responsibility for any of that.

No employees bother to help you or anyone. Half the price tags are missing. Wildly mismatched inventory. Just an awful experience
