Protest Best Buy return policies. BB return policy is 15 days. I bought a speaker 20 days ago, and it's already making terrible sounds. I tried to exchange the device, but it's nonreturnable. In December, I bought a printer/scanner. 3 weeks later, it was no longer working, but I could not return or exchange it. It is insane that you can buy an electronic device for hundreds of dollars and be refused an exchange once day 16 hits. This shows no confidence in their products/not taking responsibility for their products and customers. You may return through the company that makes your product, but who wants to take a weekday off to be on the phone all day, only to get a refurbished product as the exchange, that they need a credit card number to hold until they get the old unit back, to spend another day on the phone getting that printer to work, to still not have it function properly and to cut your losses from there? Best Buy sucks until they change this unreasonable policy. As an example for comparison, Home Depot has a 90-day return policy. I'll buy things elsewhere now because of Best Buy’s crazy return policy.
Drove through town and stopped to purchase switch games. Solis location, helpful staff.
The two reps I interacted with were helpful enough, one moreso than the other. The guy who rang me out though preordered the wrong game for me, so that was annoying. Just an okay experience.
Worst tech staff from wherehouse has attitude problems!!!
