DON’T SHOP HERE! Only had horrible experiences at the Best Buy in the main part Albuquerque, due from the most poorest of customer service by both employment and management. Don’t do any part of business at this location because I won’t be anymore. Permanently lost me as a customer and take note Best Buy, teach all your staff from top to bottom to have the most respect and kindness for others including actual people skills of communication. Also, stand by your product and guarantees of doing good business with others.

Delivery is very poor. Ordered for one day, store did not honor my afternoon request. Had to reschedule. Was told delivery would occur between 9:30AM and 1:30PM. Furthermore, received message that it would arrive at 10:22AM. 1:30PM rolls around and no television. Call store after 2PM, and am told they cannot contact delivery driver. 5PM, and no TV and no updates. Call again, receive many apologies and no solutions. Was told I will have to reschedule, if I do not receive it by 7PM. This only means I will be stuck in the same ridiculous loop. It is very aggravating. The easy solution is to put the TV in a van and deliver it ASAP. I think spending $3000+ merits this. Anyway, I like almost everything else about this store; it is just the delivery (I have had issued in the past), Best Buy, please fix this.

I had an excellent experience with Stephanie in the ABQ Hotel Circle location. She patiently listened to what I was looking for in a washer/dryer, helped explain the features of different brands, helping me with my decision. Ultimately, BB did not have the dryer in stock that I wanted so I only bought the washer. Stephanie helped by providing a very good price. I recommend her highly.
