This Best Buy is more than willing to go out of their way to sell you something, but when you go in for warranty work!! They are rude and not willing to help. You ask for the manager and they manager won't come out and talk to you because they are playing a game of tummy sticks in the back.. What does that even mean? This place is horrible, just ordered through Amazon.

I don't go to BB very often, but the Google online store was out of their Pixel charging stand and BB had it in stock, so I picked it up. Fairly easy pick up process.
