We went in to buy 2 smart watches. After having to ask for help, the sales person had no interest in details of either product we were looking at. When we asked the difference between two models, he told us to read the description. He also said that the watch that we wanted to purchase was out of stock. However, it appeared to be right there in the case below the display. Indeed, it was the watch that we wanted to purchase but was $10 more than the price marked on the display watch. A supervisor was asked to help us. He had absolutely no interest in helping resolve the price difference whatsoever.
Michael wasn’t very helpful at the checkout counter, he basically didn’t want to deal with us or help us because he asked another employee to work his spot. When we figured it out by ourselves an employee asked for him to come back to us but he refused and just looked at us. best buy please keep ur employee in check, make sure they’re not working just for money because that was my first impression of him and i hated it.
Ordered refurbished google pixel pro 2 ear buds from the website, received pixel buds A series. Not only did I not receive the right item but then the customer service desk employee tried to gaslight me into believing that they were "actually a newer version" but I'm not paying $120 for something that costs $99 brand new.
TLDR: watch what you receive from the website they will rip you off!
Sterling and Alex from the geek squad were the best. They came to my mom's house and identified that her old phone wasn't going to work with her new cameras. The next day they brought a tablet that worked and hooked up everything. They were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Could not have had a better team and thanks best buy for such great employees.
