For at least 11 years I've made ALL electronic purchases at Best Buy. I pay for the Geek Squad on ALL OF THEM! TV'S, CAMERAS, COMPUTERS, PHONES, DVD PLAYERS, SOUND BARS, ETC. Today I had an appointment for my Galaxy 25 phone. It's pretty messed up. Needless to say after an hour, no one could help me. And, Nick the floor manager told me there really isn't any warranty coverage on my phone unless it's a hardware issue. I asked him how he could be sure it wasn't a hardware issue and he said "I'm not a tech, so I don't know". But, there's nothing I can do. Honestly, I've even had 2 friends sign up for the Geek Squad because it's always been such good service. NO MORE! I'LL BUY MY PHONES THROUGH VERIZON FROM NOW ON AND QUIT PAYING TO EXTEND AN INSURANCE COVERAGE THAT IS WORTHLESS!
