Went to get the back of my iPhone repair. The ladies at the register were incredibly rude and dismissive. I told her that for my model I only needed the back glass repaired, she insisted that I needed to change everything because “the damaged affected internal components” was quoted a little above 600$. Went to the cell phone repair shop 5 min away. Had my phone repaired with original apple parts for 180$.

Took about 30 minutes of trying to get some assistance to get a washer and dryer.
Once I did it was perfect. He asked me my needs, answered my questions and he was able to bundle a package deal that fit perfect to my needs.
