I have been a customer and rewards member and currently a total care member. I asked about getting a geek squad member to come out to the house to help with a problem on a desktop computer. they have done it in the past, but now the new policy is you have to bring everything in for repair work or to discuss problems. I paid a $129 for a service person to come out and work on a new washer and dryer combo. He punched a couple of buttons and had it fixed in about two minutes. I hope they choke on their greedy profits. I will be cancelling my membership. This company is fixing to go out of business in 2025 and I hope this cancellation speeds it up! Terrible customer service!!!

Staff was extremely helpful & even helped me load up without asking. I will be back (to replace the rest of my electronics that didn't survive the move).
