I paid for Best Buy Plus. At first the store refused to honor it. After I complained to the manager he said he would fix it and call me. All I got was one missed call and someone who was rude when I called back. Horrible experience and I would warn anyone that Best Buy truly does not care about their customers. Shop somewhere else.

Called Geek Squad to come and hook up 2 TV's and 2 soundbars. Just moved in and movers don't do that. Was quoted $600 for a job that would not take an hour by someone who knew how to do it. Take about a scam.
