Hasn't been good so far. Geek squad doesn't return any calls whatsoever, even when you are paying for it.
We were in the checkout line to pay, and a cashier was assisting a customer; he ran into some trouble and called for help, and five employees, five!, showed up to assist that one customer. Meanwhile, I was standing there waiting to be served so I could pay. Five employees helping a single customer, five! while we waited. More customers kept arriving to pay, yet still, five employees were attending to just one person. Naturally, I got annoyed, and an employee told me that they were experiencing some technical issues, five employees attending to a single customer.
They have really good return policies. Also, I bought some glasses and got a refund for discount that happened recently. Very nice, didnt feel like I missed out on a sale and still bought them when I wanted them
We have always had a great experience. Staff is friendly and willing to go out of their way.
