Never felt so UNSEEN in all my days shopping! Went in with the true intention of dropping a couple thousand dollars, and having fun doing some shopping. However after wandering around in the same area of the store (cell phones) for at least 20 minutes, looking and feeling lost, it dawned on me that there were at least 6 or 7 standing around yet no one asked me if I could needed help. A couple of them looked at me and proceeded to chat and scroll on their phone. SMH idk if Best Buy gives sales training or incentives for making sales, but I'm high disappointed in the lack of customer service. I took my money and spent it somewhere that I was seen and offered help. I don't spend my money where I'm UNSEEN.

I went to Homedepot and Lows and they could not get me a Frigidaire gallery dishwasher for 3 weeks I am so glad I went to Best Buy and you guys got me one in 3 days.and Juice was very professional and curtious I will do more shopping at Best Buy from now on.
