Do NOT have them put on your screen protector.
I have had several best buys across the country do this for me and for some reason this best buy is incompetent.
Put my screen protector on absolutely wrong... Then instead of admitting they were wrong said it was my OTTERBOX CASE was the reason why my screen protector wasn't on correctly.
THE GUY WITH THE GLASSES PUT THE SCEEEN PROTECTOR ON INCORRECTLY. PERIOD.
no wonder this store only has 3 stars! Beware. .

Came in twice as a walk in and was told I would get service if I made an appointment. I made an appointment Emmanuel kept us waiting for 20minutes and counting as 2 employees help a walk in. There were zero people when we came in. I'm pissed and ready to give someone else our money for the problem we came in for. Than after 27 minutes of waiting, Emmanuel goes to the back and begins insulting us. I informed him of how unprofessional he was being and he LAUGHED at us. The manager Mustafa was very kind and understanding when I had a talk with him about Emmanuels behavior. I hope Emmanuel is severely reprimanded and that no other customers have to endure his disgusting, and quite frankly, racist behavior.
Dillon at Best Buy in Santa Fe delivered an outstanding experience. He was prompt, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days—Dillon made the purchase easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.
I bought a new iPad and MacBook Pro to replace my old 5 year old computer here and the experience had been phenomenal.
I was looking an iPad for a gift and Gabe, one of the salespeople helped me with some great advice — I really felt like he was trying to help me, not just sell or push stuff on me. Anyway, so I ended up buying an iPad and Magic Keyboard, which I got at a significant discount due to being a Best Buy Plus member (which was on sale for $25 annually so I got a great deal on that too).
Then I came back after few days later looking for the large Macbook Pro laptop and Nick took great care of me. The specific configuration I was looking for was not in stock but he was able to order one and it got here in no time at all. Nick made sure I got an absolutely amazing price, I couldn't be happier with my new laptop.
I really felt like people were very helpful and they have a lot of great products there and Nick went out of his way to help me and get me a great deal, which I really appreciate.
Also, I love having a 60 day return window as a plus member — much longer than the 15 days you get online. So I don't think I will buy my electronics online or go out of town anymore. And it really helps being able to see exactly what you're buying and knowing if you have a problem — you got 60 days to return or replace the item and deal with live people, not ship it to some warehouse somewhere.
These people took great care of me, I feel like I could trust them and I got the best deal I could ask for.
I'd recommend them highly based on this experience and will go out of my way to go here in the future. If you live in Santa Fe, this place can't be beat.
