In terms of retail shopping, staff here are always very friendly. No complaints. It’s a small store but compared to some other Best Buys I’ve been to in Texas and Colorado the staff are nicer here.

They charged my card a pair of Airpods Pro 2 that I never bought, check your receipt carefully, especially if it was sent to your email. Management won't help at all, they suck.

Best Buy always used to be a reliable retailer for me. I’ve been a faithful customer for decades. While I’ve often declined the customer service plan, I did buy it for a Dyson that was purchased about 3 years ago. 3 1/2 weeks ago, I brought it to the store because a piece had broken that caused it to loose suction. The staff at the counter told me to bring back all the parts and, because of the nature of the plan I purchased, they would be offering a replacement. I did as I was told 3 days later only to be told it would be sent in for repairs instead. I’m frustrated by the misinformation, and that the staff didn’t seem to have the ability to read the fine print. I’m frustrated by the waste of my time, having to go back to locate all the parts that came with the original device, only to find out they didn’t need all the pieces after all. I’m frustrated that I’ve been without a vacuum now for more than a month, with absolutely no communication beyond the Geek Squad check-in. I’m frustrated by the “you didn’t know?” attitude of the Geek Squad employee who I checked in with three weeks ago. I’m frustrated in seeing all these other Google Reviews that say “sorry you’re frustrated but please visit us on social media so we can help you.” And I’m frustrated that these service plans are pushed on us for everything, down to USB cords, and this is the service we get. This is making me think twice about getting these plans in the future, and even about where I’ll be purchasing my consumer electronics.
