How do I check product availability at the Santa Fe Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

The Geek Squad had me drive an hour just to tell me they didn’t have the part to fix my phone. This could’ve easily been done via email. Entitled, incompetent and disrespectful is the service I received at this location of Best Buy

Children are running this store. There is no customer service to speak of. Made to feel like I was interrupting their social time. I purchased two items and was handed a receipt without even a glance and the associate kept right on talking to ANOTHER associate without so much as a thank you. I have 0 reasons to buy at Best Buy and will be using my Prime membership even more now. It seems to me that there is no training at all on how to deal with the public. Seriously, it was pathetic.

Waste of time. Trying to buy local but you can never find anything but worse than that you can find anyone to tell you where to go in the store for thins. Order online, better to wait comfortably than walk around aimlessly...
