I went in on Wednesday to have an appointment fulfilled for my apple screen repair. At this time I was told that apple has been double booking their location and I would not be able to be seen I understand things happen. The associate checked the inventory for the screen and verified they had the part in stock we would need for the repair. I had to reschedule for today. I understand sometimes things don’t work out. I went in to my appointment today. Again, I was told I would have to reschedule my appointment because they no longer had the part in stock they needed. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. I understand hiring people is tough. Finding someone to stay is tougher. If you are going to provide a service perhaps prepare and order the part for the appointment next time. I will not ever set foot in this store again.

Went in for new printer and the gentleman who worked the area was very knowledgeable and helpful as we tried to figure out what would work best for our needs.
Why is the Santa Fe store consistently bad? I walked in intending to buy a flagship smart phone. I walked out empty-handed. Staff did not know what they were doing and sent me to Verizon. It’s no wonder this store is a ghost town! Incompetent staff, and nonexistent management. This is why people shop on Amazon Instead of brick and mortar stores.
