I thought businesses were open to make money!!?? Companies and people open up businesses, so they can pay their rent, keep buying inventory, pay their bills,etc...Well I have no idea how Best Buy is gonna do that, when they literally have absolutely NO help on the floor!! I went in in hopes to buy a TV and get suggestions, somebody to help me decide what would be best for my needs,etc.. After finding nobody on the floor,I had to go up to where the entry was only to find out no one is there.So I walked out. I don't know how you guys are going to stay in business when you don't have anybody there to help!!! Not only does that encourage stealing, but that'll shut your doors down in a hurry, since people will find somewhere else to go to buy, since you're not the only electronics store! Is best buys business that bad that you can't find or don't wanna pay for help?Well, this is making it worse for you!

Quick to help people get a new phone/upgrade even when there's multiple customers, thanks for having the samsung Z fold 7 I'm enjoying it a lot I got a case gonna go back to get screen protector installed

This place is very disorganized especially the geek squad. checking in someone for a simple screen replacement should not be a 30 minute process. at every other well run place, check in is a 5 min process, you drop off your phone, you pick it up 1-2 hours later. either the single person working the counter is extremely incompetent or the system is set up for failure. they took up 1.5 hours of my time just to tell me that they couldn't fix my screen because they were worried about cutting their hands on broken glass. they saw the phone when i got there, why not tell me then and there that you don't replace screens instead of getting mad at me for being early? they also told me apple wouldn't fix it either, erroneously assuming that their incompetence was a universal thing. i drove an hour to the apple store and they fixed it same day for $0. life is too short to waste time at an incompetent place like this. do not patronize.
