Best Buy Santa Fe

Stormy late afternoon and internet was down. Had to work on getting computer into Geek Squad the old fashioned way using a paper ticket. New experience for the young lady checking me in but we got it done. Really appreciated the effort to help even without the normal tools used. Now we hope for quick repairs.

I’m so irritated by the consistent lack of competency and recurring time waisting at this store. Completely unacceptable and undertrained staff. I’ve never been in here for a 10 min task that didn’t take an hour, with zero apologies or consideration for customers.

I’ve been shopping for Best Buy for over a decade. Today I stopped in to look at gaming consoles, TVs and air purifiers. I’m one of those shoppers who on a day like today, will buy several items at a time, but unfortunately I left empty handed. There’s staff everywhere in the store, and as we browsed by them, not a single one asked if we needed anything. The greeter at the front of the store is consistently friendly, but due to the lack of attention from other staff members, I’ll take my business to Amazon. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is the greeter and the fact you can browse a wide selection in person, which in this case, worked great for me and Amazon.
