How do I check product availability at the Santa Fe Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Smooth purchase of my Dell laptop but a bit of a fiasco with the setup in large part because the person who scheduled me only allotted 20 minutes. This is entirely unrealistic to accomplish even a basic set up let alone answer any questions or to provide additional supports which would be typical with a new PC set up. The tech was then under unfair pressure due to this poor scheduling and did not answer an important question I had correctly which resulted in a couple of hours of lost time for me as well as an unnecessary trip back to the store. In addition I was unable to call the actual store to get assistance with this problem because the local Santa Fe number ultimately brings you to offshore customer service. This alone is completely unacceptable in my opinion.

My delivery experience was terrible. The date was changed unexpectedly. I didn’t receive a call the day before delivery. Upon delivery, unit was installed improperly and not level. After calling several times they could not offer any support.
