Employees are useless, went in at 10am on June 21, and stood in the phone section for 15 minutes before an employee came over to "help". Other customers were given immediate attention before me despite coming in after. When an employee did come over, they were clearly annoyed that they were expected to do their job, and quickly told me that they couldn't help me order a phone from the 3rd party marketplace companies in store. Not sure if that's actually the case or if they were just trying to get rid of me. Long story short, the employees here absolutely don't want to do their job and help customers, no wonder this store is usually empty

I shopped at Best Buy 375 on June 7th, 2026. This is in my visit to Santa Fe. I had the most welcoming and helpful staff. Particular mention of Angel. Very patient and explained all the pros and cons of various products. Thanks Angel. You made my purchase pain free.
Bought my son a laptop to go off to college this fall. Our salesman was awesome, thanks Diego! Unfortunately the laptop we wanted was not in stock. There was one in Santa Fe tho. Pick up was completely stress free!
