Purchased new dishwasher and paid for installation. First time running dishwasher, cot error of no water. Could be waterline not connected or a kink in the hose. Either way, faulty installation. Soonest service appointment is two weeks out. Unacceptable for a faulty installation.
The "kids" who load purchased items are incapable of reading and missing half the order -- when I checked in, I asked if the hoses purchased would be in the washing machine and I was told "yes".... An hour drive from Santa Fe, and The Purchased Hoses Are NOT In the box. Yes, yes, I should have checked, but when asked and told they would be, and then having them check you in with the barcode which does in fact display the ENTIRE ORDER to be picked up, one would assume the job was being done correctly. 👎🏽👎🏽

I personally have had a great experience with Best Buy. My installation went perfectly and when my refrigerator door didn’t close properly, they came to try and fix it. I was within the 15 day window and I was given the opportunity to order a new refrigerator, which I did I was not charged for the end, stall and delivery. I am really impressed with their accounting and the way they immediately credited my account. It was easy to see all of my orders I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from Best Buy.
