I love this store have great electronics although one thing im not happy about is the remote control to my TV is not included in the warranty which I feel is unfair and should be since they come together and work together other than that im a satisfied customer.
We had an outstanding experience with Best Buy in Santa Fe. We not only got excellent service in the store, but the team that delivered and set up our new purchase did an excellent job. The Geek Squad representative, Chewy, and the delivery driver whose name I believe is David, are courteous, knowledgeable, patient and very competent. We highly recommend the service and support provided by this store.
