The greeter at the door was phenomenal! I went in with some basic questions about pairing a Microsoft tablet and an iPad. My setup wasn't going to be what I wanted, but he educated me on the possibility of using my tablet as a computer and hooking two monitors to it. Life changer!!! I wish I would've gotten his name. That guy! He's invaluable! Needs a raise for sure! Thank you for your time and kindness!
No costomer service, no employee training,
Blind leading the blind, no managers to help.
Employees providing wrong info. Managers can't override the system. This store is Like a vending machine.

Workers are nice but unless you’re looking for a tv or low end gaming laptop, they will definitely be out of stock for whatever you’re looking for. Every time. Whatever it is.
