We visited the Zafarano location to inquire and buy a television. Had to chase down an associate who knew basically nothing about a television on Best Buy’s website. After that experience we came home and emailed Best Buy to purchase it. We were unaware that Best Buy connected us to another reseller who gave us incorrect information and ordered the wrong things for us. We booked a Geek squad visit to install what we purchased. They came and said we were missing the soundbar ordered. Therefore another trip? They ended up installing our owned television and sound bar on the wall using the rack we did receive. They told us that they run into these problems EVERY DAY! We called to return the television today and were told we had to pay $100.00. We refuse since this was a calamity of errors caused by Best Buy and unknowledgeable associates. We tried calling the zafarano locaton and found out you CANNOT talk to the store. We told corporate we would deliver the television to the store because we refuse to pay $100.00 for Best Buy’s errors. They created a case #….and wished us luck! What kind of a company is this!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Great selection but I had to go in twice to get the right Super Fast Charging 2.0 cable. Friendly staff and its super easy to return things if you have the receipt.
