You guys switching to all call centers with zero ability to contact a store is crazy. I’ve spent a hour and a half getting a run around from the Ai. The Autotech department should have a phone number to actually talk to someone at a bare minimum. The call centers that answer have absolutely zero knowledge of product or service.
