Got kind, helpful service. Can't ask for more than that.
Never had a bad experience. Always helpful. They don't keep up on stock very well if you just want to go in store and get something. But you can always go online and have it sent to the store or your home.
Terrible customer service. They tell you to bring your items in, you are paying for this service, you schlep the thing there, only to be turned away. Customers are tired of hearing we're understaffed especially when paying hundreds for a service.

Best buy is still around? Awesome. Want to say there's a kid that works here named Miles. He was awesome. Product knowledge and personality. I was looking to buy a cheap mouse. He up sold me and sold me on a usb-c to HDMI cable. $70 when I wanted to spend $10. I'm in sales and can appreciate an upsale. Best 60 bucks I've spent in a long time. Keep up the good work.
