Looking to buy Pokemon cards to open with my 8 year old niece. They have had a sign on one of the front doors when you enter stating 'Pokemon cards out of stock' everyday for the last few weeks (if not longer) and we have been told conflicting things by numerous employees now. One employee told us Wednesdays they get restocked, and then another told us Friday. We have checked everyday of the week, hoping to find some, and have had no luck. Today, we go in because we were once again told Friday, and not only did they not have them out on the sales floor, but we were told that they were in the back and were pointed in the direction of yet another employee to talk to. We were told the employee we were directed to could grab the cards for us. We walked to that employee, and he told us no Pokemon cards available. Something is going on behind the scenes here and its looking like the employees are deliberately not putting these out or they are setting them aside for themselves.

Please note that the way the information was provided it would seem that if items were available the second representative that you were sent you would advise you if there were any Pokémon cards available. This may just be that they were sold out before you arrived as many people are looking for these cards and request them at all times of the day.
