Tried to call them to ask a question about batteries. I couldn't even reach a store worker, I got transferred to a call center and told go to the store to find out yourself. I don't live near the store thats why I called in the first place. I explained that to the representative, they put me on hold for 3 min just to come back and say the same exact thing. What a waste of time. I don't understand how they are even still in business when this is their practice.
