The carson city best buy has always provided great service. Recently, I had an issue on a warranty that was partly my fault and partly best buys fault. The assistant manager, Ulysses, was so attentive and knowledgeable for my situation. When he needed more, he reached out directly to the manager and both were incredibly understanding and accommodating. For years, I have shopped at Carson city best buy and almost always purchase the Warranty on electronics. It has always been so easy to use and I appreciate their help through the years. They're very consistent and I highly recommend!
Awesome experience on Ascending Heroes release. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly and also stopped the end of the line trying to be the front of the line which I truly appreciated. Thank you I will continue to come here for new releases.
