Horrible customer service. There was miscommunication on when my order was ready for pick up and my order was canceled. I went in the day of to resolve the issue and the manager was no help on honoring the price I paid. The manager offered us 5$ off the new price which was an insult as I paid much cheaper with the Black Friday deals. It was supposed to be a gift and money is tight. We decided to not purchase the item and will take our business elsewhere.

Honestly, this store has good products, but there's an employee named Brandon (I think) who speaks Spanish, but he provides terrible service.
I was looking for a monitor for my PC, and Brandon agreed to help me, but while he was looking for a monitor, keyboard, and mouse,
Brandon said he'd be back in 5 minutes. I waited for about 20 minutes, and when I asked one of his coworkers about him, they told me he'd finished his shift and hadn't helped me.
He left me waiting for 20 minutes with my things, and one of his coworkers helped me politely and with much better service than that Brandon guy.
They should fire him for such poor service.
