Dude named Stefan loves doing minimal work and pin his fault on others. Went in to buy a macbook air, I showed him an open box one with “Open Box” IN RED on the screen. This guy failed to find Series number, then proceeded to bring out a new one, then blamed me for not telling him I wanted an open box. Dude it is written on the damn screen. If you don’t want to work just stay home my guy.
I only give an extra star because second rep was super helpful and nice.

I call to speak with customer service and the "Ai assistant" wont connect me. This is a joke system and I'm sure the cooperation saved money by firing employees to be replaced by this. Just flat out disgusting service.
Marco, the LG rep, was quick to help me when he saw me and very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me find find a universal remote for an older TV and gave me good information for when I replace it eventually.
Also, surprisingly good prices on MtG cards for a general retail store.
Went to buy a watch charger and they had non on hand.
