Every Best buy is a little different, but there seems to be a problem with many of them when it comes to service. I just walked out of the store after waiting for about 20 minutes to find somebody in regards to tablets. One person told me he worked in the warehouse I would call for help. Nobody came. I even resorted to just calling out. Help help. Finally, a young man came by but he was with another customer. You going to the store because you're hoping to get help as opposed to shopping online. But it's hit or miss. It's not fair to criticize without making suggestions, so my thought is that Best buy needs to figure out a better way to make sure it's customers are being serviced. Perhaps somebody that walks around the store making contact with people who might need assistance.
Great place to buy your next TV. Cole was My salesman. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I bought 3 TV"s . One 55" and 2 43". I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great price and Great experience 👍
I had the best experience at Best Buy. The sales person really helped me with my needs. Also, the Geek Squad was Fantastic!!!
