I've been a Total Tech member for over a decade. I've bought multiple electronics including Appliances, TV's, Computers etc.
On 1/1/26 I had an appointment to install one of 2 Dashcams installed on my 4 month old vehicle. Dropped the car off at 10:30 am with the tech, and when I arrived about an hour later, he brought a dent/scratch to my attention and asked what happened. I asked him "you tell me, it wasn't there when I dropped the vehicle off". It just happened to be the same yellow as the posts outside the service bay.
After 30 days in dealing with their insurance company dragging their feet I was told that the claim was denied. I was also refused a copy of whatever they used in making/denying the claim.
Not only will I be cancelling my Total Tech membership at the end of the term, I'll be sharing the horrible experience I've had with both them and with Sedgwick (their insurance carrier). Best Buy will never see another penny from me.

There was an issue with my open box order but John was able to speak with Ben, the manager and he ended up giving me the item brand new. To say i’m happy is an understatement! Excellent customer service and such friendly people. Thank you Ben and John!
