Be discretional on the need to make a physical visit to best buy.
Customer service is really wanting.
In this branch my button Hyundai key died mysteriously when I got in..very strange .they were99.9% its the battery ..that just didi a sudden death..i guess they somehow deliberately or otherwise have electronic kind of interference ..and want you to buy pack of them.
The so called gig squad just wan you to buy the batteries.

It's not just his branch, I have been to five of them appears it's culture of nonchalance and disinterest in customers. Be discretional on the need to walk into a best buy store.

The store is basically empty of product. The displays are subpar. Employees don't come up to you. You have to seek them out.

My wife bought me a new in dash for my van from Best Buy. It included free installation at the time . It was a Christmas present. The guys who installed it were very polite, professional , personable and very knowledgeable . I have 3 vehicles and if I need installation or repair of my in dash, I will go back to Best Buy . They installed it in good time and everything worked as it should .
