This place is too big to have such little help. I'm still bummed they got rid of all the CDs. The selection of vinyl is very limited.

I went to buy a vacuum. Knowing that Best Buy inventory is not accurate I made sure they had what I wanted and I was focused got help wasn’t needy should’ve been in and out the door so essentiallyEverything was going just fine at Best Buy in Summerlin until I got to the register first he tries to sell me all kinds of things I didn’t need like audio equipment but then I’m at the very back of the store and hand me. The vacuum in the box doesn’t offer to take it to the front to my car and this is a young guy and I’m over 55 small feeble lady I’m not really that feeble but he should’ve perceived me as that he didn’t even offer to me. That’s really poor customer service and so here I am carrying this vacuum from the back of the store all the way out to my car passing multitude of Best Buy employees none of them offered to carry it for me, they all just watch this little old lady carry this big vacuum all by herself out the door, rude rude, rude. That’s why I don’t go to this one.
