🚫 DO NOT Trust Best Buy’s Delivery Promises for Expensive Items
A few days ago, I went to the Best Buy store on West Charleston to purchase a $2,000 MacBook Pro. Since it wasn’t in stock, the manager convinced me to place the order online, assuring me that the delivery would require my signature and that it would never be left unattended. I clearly explained my concerns about delivery safety — especially for such a high-value item — and they guaranteed it would be secure.
But when the delivery came, not only did the delivery guy not ask for a signature, he threw the MacBook at my front door, in 106°F Las Vegas heat, without even ringing the doorbell.
🎥 Just watch the video I attached
turn up your volume and listen to the sound of my MacBook being thrown onto my porch.
I went back to the store in person to raise the issue. They took no responsibility and redirected me to call customer service. When I called customer service, they also refused to help and pushed it back to the store.
I got zero accountability from anyone.
This is how your packages are treated — tossed carelessly under the sun or rain, while Best Buy takes no responsibility
neither in-store nor over the phone with customer support.
Be warned.
Curbside pickup is not a thing in this store, they newer go outside to deliver the order, despite I indicated the spot number and got code. They just ignore curbside, so I have to go to the store anyways. These guys just waste my time 🤬
Clean and well organized store. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.
