Staff here is great and more than happy to go above and beyond. I came in for a specific item. I didn't see it out on the floor, but the staff was happy to check in the back and ended up finding what I was looking for

I’ve spent a lot of time in the service industry and am usually the last to complain about service, but customer service is awful. Called to see if they had any switch 2’s in stock and they said they could not tell me over the phone. 30 minute drive later to go in and they tell me they sold out last night. I’m not mad they’re sold out I get supply and demand. If they’re sold out they’re sold out but why waste peoples time and gas to get down there when it could’ve been answered with a simple yes or no over the phone.

- bought an open box pixel watch
- box was missing a charger
- ask online chat service about this
- they tell me to go to a store in person
- I go to this store where I explain my situation
- tall manager with glasses keeps saying he can't give me a "free" charger (it's not a free charger, it is a charger that is owed to me) and that I have to buy a new charger
- I argue that the charger comes with the pixel watch and the online listing clearly says so. I tell him I will do a chargeback with my bank
- Manager says "go right ahead"
This is the kind of service you can expect from best buy. I am never shopping from this store again.
