“Worst experience ever at Best Buy”
I went to this store yesterday to exchange my Microsoft laptop for a Mac. Since my laptop was worth more, I was supposed to receive a refund of about $200. The first employee who helped me was polite, but he never asked how I wanted my money back and automatically sent it to the original card.
When I noticed the mistake, I went back to the store. That’s when everything went downhill. A female employee, with a terrible attitude, told me she couldn’t help me without even checking the computer. She just handed me a phone number. When I called, the representative clearly explained that the store was responsible for fixing the issue.
I went back to the store with the call still active, and the same employee gave me looks of contempt, spoke in a rude tone, and treated me with zero respect. She talked to her manager, and he was just as bad: indifferent, dismissive, and not willing to help at all.
Because I was speaking Spanish, I felt completely disrespected and discriminated against. Neither the employee nor the manager cared about solving my problem. Truly humiliating. I would never recommend this location: unprofessional, unhelpful, and disrespectful staff.
