I had an excellent experience with the Best Buy installation service, thanks to Terry. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Terry completed the installation quickly and efficiently, while still taking the time to ensure everything was done correctly.
What stood out most was how clearly he explained each step and made sure I understood how to use both the device and its accompanying app. He even demonstrated everything in a way that was easy to follow, which I really appreciated.
