This store sent out two delivery and installer people to deliver and install the washer and dryer combo we purchased at Best Buy. These guys cut the factory drain hose on the machine and then said it leaks. They left without fixing the problem they created and they unplugged the machine and walked away blaming the plumbing. So incompetent it is unacceptable. Now customer service is refusing to issue a refund for the installation and told us to wait a week for them to find someone else to replace the drain hose they cut. You think you are saving money by getting an appliance at Best Buy and it turns out you get two buttheads that can’t install a washer drain hose properly. Don’t waste your time, try Lowe’s or Home Depot instead. Terrible service both from the installer they sent out and the customer service rep that tried calling after they walked away from doing what we paid for which was proper installation. Jose saved the day… After the initial delivery installer did a terrible job and left us with no solution, they sent out someone new named Jose that did a wonderful job with his partner to get everything setup properly. Thank you
