Close this best buy. Theyre team sucks and rude. I lost my reciept inside when im about to go out they scan and stop u right after u pay at check out. So they took my item and had to make a complaint online only that best buy uses scanner before u go out because they suck at their job. Im not saying everyone in there. Im only talking about their security. I mean why would u take a customer iten out of his shopping cart just because it didnt show in your little scanner that i bought the item. Fire that guy!

Scammed by this Best Buy - they sold me TV and another TV was in the box. Did not accept a return. Completely insane.
Edit- as an update. I reached out to customer support as requested and still received zero help. They did not even attempt to look into the matter in any material way, simply taking the employees word for it that they did not steal from me.
Warning - do not ever purchase an open box item from this store. You will be scammed.
