I really like this BestBuy a lot. First off, location is perfect for me, beingese than 5 minutes away. Also is in a shopping center (Best of the West) which has a bunch of other great stores to shop at while there; Nordstrom, 5 Below, Burlington, Marshall's, and. TJ Maxx just to name a few bc there's plenty more). Most BestBuys are pretty similar as far as layout, and this one is clean, stocked, and has plenty of staff for help. I've now twice in the past couple months orsrred something in advance, was told it'd be an hour at checkout, but then got an email saying it was already ready, which I appreciate. When I've gotten there, no line or wait whatsoever for pick-up. In-and-out in minutes, big thumbs up there 👍. And that's a typical interaction when going there— helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable staff, and they get u in-n-out. I'm a fan and definitely recommend going here.

always great customer service. Phone broke on Saturday night and I was able to go into Best Buy Sunday morning and left with an activated phone... Best part the salesman made a mistake when he said he had open box of newest model for $95 lower. well it was $25 off but my salesperson said he made mistake and he went to the supervisor and explained situation supervisor asked if I wanted to purchase it if he took $80 off retail price. I was very willing. I even got a mag safe case for it as a gift. I would have paid retail for my new phone as long as I was going to be able to use it immediately. This kind of service is normal from Best Buy. I didn't ask for anything discounted they offered! This is one of the few retailers out there today that goes above and beyond. TY to all employees at the Rainbow and Lake Mead store. Great job, greater service and the follow up with the company makes me a customer for life.

It had been a while since I'd been here but it's still a great little store to go and shop and pick up your electronics. I picked up two computers. They were very quick, very friendly. They asked for a few other things. They told me exactly where to go. It was a good experience
