Live chat agents lie to customers I bought a laptop according to the properties that she confirmed and immediately sent me the invoice. When I got home it was not the item if asked for. Close the live chat they r liers

I bought a 75-inch Samsung TV with a 5-year warranty. A green stain appeared on it. I called technical support and they refused to help me or solve the problem. They sent me to Samsung. It's incredible how little they care about losing a customer who always pays them in cash, This is the second time they've sold me a bad TV. There won't be a third time. If you're thinking of buying a TV at Best Buy, think carefully. They don't respond if something goes wrong with your product!

For the 2 ladies that helped me at Best Buy at check out provided me no help. When asking for assistance it felt like they didn’t even want my presence in the store. They told me it wasn’t in stock, later to find out that they were indeed in stock.
