Do not buy from here or any BESTBUY (should be NOTbestbuy). They are incompetent. No one knows anything. Your told something and then you are told something else. I purchased an item, was suppose be delivered the next day with extra fee of course. I was told the delivery driver ran out of gas and took it back to Best Buy. They rescheduled for the next day. Called the next day and they couldn’t find my item. After many phones calls later they tell me it’s out of stock. I will post my bad experience everywhere. I will be submitting a complaint to corp whoever that is!

I placed an order online for in-store pickup for the DJI Pocket 3 (a $800+ product), but when I got home and opened the box, I found a DJI Pocket 2 inside instead (worth about $200) that is defective and does not even turn on. That’s a completely different, much older, and cheaper model — there’s a huge price difference, and it feels like I got scammed. This was supposed to be a straightforward pickup order, but instead I paid for the new model and ended up with outdated gear. Extremely disappointing experience, and now I have to go through the hassle of fixing something that never should have happened. If you order this, double-check inside the box before leaving the store. They put a pocket 2 in a pocket 3. Seems like misrepresentation, which is illegal.
