The female working at the online pickup tonight was unreasonably disrespectful & absolutely dreadful to deal with. Gave my man the biggest attitude for no reason, rolled her eyes & smirked when he mentioned he arrived early for his pickup. Had zero concept of customer service. Then when asking her if a product was in stock, instead of checking she said "probably not". We let her buddy Casey know how rude she was, & he seemed just as professional as her. Definitely won't return to this location with such unpleasant, careless staff.
The reality is that VR and AI have been around longer than you think. It's humorous because it's just the way we live and that's just enough. Keep flipping through for a different view or start every day with a humble cue.
I called like 7 different times just to speak to someone about my glasses I might have left in the store. Whatever bullshit ai system you use to take calls please turn it off. Seven different times I was not able to get a hold of anyone not even when I tried to ask about products I may be interested in purchasing.

When I call the geek squad I kept trying to sell me this membership I just needed my passwords reset and they told me over the phone I was $39 and then when I came into the store they had me standing there I was the only person there in line for The geek squad the customer service person took two people in front of me and the other the guy was in the back I guess and he came out and he's trying to charge me $99 even though his sign clearly says 39.00 for password reset online it says $39 and over the phone it said $39 and he's just trying to take advantage of me then all the sudden he said it was going to take 24 hours will I needed it before that he just wanted to keep it long to make it look like he would take longer to do it to charge me more then when I tried to talk to the manager she walked away when I tried to talk to the customer service person to tell him not to do it she wouldn't come over and talk to me every time that I come to the store everyone disappoints me that works here. I think it's because it's in the hood I think I'm going to go to Henderson. Because of my battery is not charging in the laptop then I don't want to reset the passwords troubleshooting he was so just excited about overcharging me he didn't bother telling me whether or not it was charging the battery on the laptop. And then the manager totally misunderstood the context of my complaint because she thought she's just automatically disagree with me and say he had to have a reason know the reason is $39 then she was talking to him on her microphone I said don't ask him she won't even open her mind to the fact that maybe I was being taken advantage of and maybe I was being overcharged and I'm sure I am I'm sure it doesn't cost $99 to reset a password because that's not what it says on your price list she doesn't know anything about that department so she's going to ask him in front of me when I just told you I told the manager that he was overcharging me you don't even know how to take a complaint that's not how you do an investigation you're acting like you're not a consumer and you've never been overcharged for anything there was nothing on your price list that said that for 99 you don't ask him I just told you what he said and I told you he was overcharging me you don't disagree with somebody automatically like you she did and she saw me coming and then she uses out as an excuse that somebody was getting kicked out of the store but she was walking away from me it's a bunch of little kids that work there a bunch of little kids acting like a bunch of little kids thinking they can outsmart me when I've had much more life experience than them the people over the phone were going to take my $39 ahead of time I want to pay in cash every indication is and everything I saw in writing and people told me was $39 look at your own fee schedule don't disagree with me when I'm right and don't walk away from me that's cowardly and it didn't work. I asked the man before her if he was the manager and he said just a minute which is stupid just say no you're not I thought he was the manager then she was she was very she was fine just standing in front of the store till I walked up why does everybody have really bad character in Las Vegas I also did research after I left and it only takes 30 minutes to reset a password if you're locked out 30 minutes not 24 hours the guy thought I was such an idiot if I was an idiot you shouldn't take advantage of idiots you should help me and I know it's $39.30 it's not $99 and 24 hours. Why don't you just help me as soon as I got in line I was the only person in line at the geek squad and why didn't you just say is 39.00 and I'll take 30 minutes and then I would have been out of there and you would have helped me why didn't you help me I'm getting trying to get a job working at home and I'm talking to one company today and one tomorrow and you should have fixed it for me so I'll be ready to go you screwed two opportunities for me because you were dishonest.henderson doesn't have an appointment until Saturday
