The female working at the online pickup tonight was unreasonably disrespectful & absolutely dreadful to deal with. Gave my man the biggest attitude for no reason, rolled her eyes & smirked when he mentioned he arrived early for his pickup. Had zero concept of customer service. Then when asking her if a product was in stock, instead of checking she said "probably not". We let her buddy Casey know how rude she was, & he seemed just as professional as her. Definitely won't return to this location with such unpleasant, careless staff.
The reality is that VR and AI have been around longer than you think. It's humorous because it's just the way we live and that's just enough. Keep flipping through for a different view or start every day with a humble cue.
I called like 7 different times just to speak to someone about my glasses I might have left in the store. Whatever bullshit ai system you use to take calls please turn it off. Seven different times I was not able to get a hold of anyone not even when I tried to ask about products I may be interested in purchasing.

Five stars for their employee Jaden. He is so knowledgeable about all their products, he made my purchasing decisions a breeze. As someone going back to college as an adult, I was lost and he helped me find the perfect tablet and opened my eyes to the subscription-less Galaxy health ring which is now replacing my Oura ring. I now have a go-to electronics guy. Give him a raise! He deserves it!
