A big thumbs up for your wonderful employee, Lourdes. My husband, age 90, frequently shops at Best Buy on Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. Several times previously Lourdes had assisted us and found us just what we needed. Today I received the same excellent service. Lourdes is attentive, helpful, and she listens! She is very patient in dealing with the elderly, and always greets us with a warm, welcoming smile. The staff at the Best Buy on Maryland Parkway is the reason we always shop there.
Went to pickup a TV. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One gentleman was on his break and even assisted in loading it in the truck.
