Terrible customer service . Vivian seems to think it’s ok to tell people the manager can’t help you , instead of putting the manager on the phone. I can’t believe Best Buy hasn’t gone out of business.

Untrained staff . Did a return , and never received my refund . Filing with the bbb today .
Vivian is rude over the phone , hung up on me . She refused to let me speak to a manager . She should not be in customer service . John on the other hand , although he couldn’t help me with my situation at least he was able to provide me some information and went above and beyond to try to help . Purchased my phone off DoorDash …. worst mistake ever. I returned the phone and I haven’t got a refund and no way to get one.
