I was setting up a tradeshow booth at the convention center for NADA. The Wi-Fi I had ordered was not reaching where it needed to, so we had to find a quick solution.
I Ubered to this Best Buy location and happen to be browsing the network router aisle in a bit of a rush. A gentleman named Bao (sp?) recognized that I was in need of help and took the time to ask what issues I was having in order for him to help me find the right gear for the right solution.
Most big box stores these days do not focus on the hospitality of helping people find what they’re looking for, without being told to do so. This gentlemen went out of his way to help another person, and that goes a long way with where we are in this current political climate.
