Probably the worst Best Buy you can go to.. Staff is very uneducated & unprofessional very sad. I’ll never go to Best Buy ever again.

My wife and I just moved to Las Vegas and purchased a home. We were helped by Tones and some of the other staff at the Decatur location in purchasing some new items for our home. Tones was amazing. He took the time to explain Best Buy Total and showed us how he has used it himself. It really was the selling point for me. He is kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. It is nice to still find this level of customer service. Thank you for everyone who helped us with our purchase, your team is wonderful.
