This review is from Jeff Pearson. John is my brother and I am using his computer for this review since BestBuy lied to me and screwed me over. I purchased a new laptop from this store on 09/01/2025 at 10:20am. It was not in stock and was told that it would be delivered to my address the following day in the morning and they made me a 1:00pm appointment for 09/02/25 at geek squad to transfer everything from the old laptop to the new one. On 09/02/25 at 1:00pm it still had not been delivered. I talked to the manager of that store who told me that it was scheduled for delivery that day. However, it was determined that they were using a third party for delivery and she could not even tell me if they had picked it up yet. It is now 3:00pm and still has not been delivered. Their employees are dishonest and their customer service does not exists. My last purchase fro them.

First of all this Sorry has lost plenty of sales from me bc no one will help me. Unless you know exactly what you want you can forget about any customer service AT ALL AT THIS STORE!!! In fact, the last time I came to the store Associates who were gossiping about their private life standing so close to me that I could hear everything but neither one of them could help me or even offer help. And my last experience at the Geek Squad was a nightmare so much so that that I have decided after being a member for for 10 years to cancel my Geek Squad membership. If something happens to my computer, there’s plenty of places around town that can fix it. I will never buy anything at Best Buy for the rest of my life but then again I can’t Best Buy because nobody ever helps!!!!
