In the last 1.5 or 2 years I have spent around 15K on all new appliances and other things. I needed 3 google floodlights. After going to 2 locations they each had only 1. Both locations priced matched a sale. No problem. Then went to the Centennial store to get the last one I needed. For what ever reason they would not price match the same item I got at two different locations the same day. So after all those purchases the last couple years I am done shopping at Best Buy over $34.00 they didnt want to take off the price of the google floodlight.

Beware of ordering from this Best Buy and having your order delivered by Roadie; I recently had the worst experience yet with ordering a monitor through this store as my order got lost and delayed by a week! I had ordered a monitor that was on sale; since it wasn’t in stock at their store but at another store, I decided to have it delivered to my house the next day. I was pleased to have this done as I thought it was convenient and worth my money! This feeling, however, did not last as the next day I was told that my package was “misplaced” through my Roadie driver texting me. My expensive monitor that was supposed to be at my house was probably 1. Abandoned at another store or 2. In someone’s truck being taken to their house! While I called customer service to explain to me how I would reschedule this delivery, they dismissively told me I had to contact Roadie. Then when I had texted my Roadie driver responsible for my package, they told me I had to reschedule with Best Buy. Being frustrated with this runaround, I went to Best Buy physically and told them my issue; they told me I’d have to wait to receive my monitor as they needed to investigate its “misplacement”. I gave them my contact info and they did not update me on anything regarding my order for 3. Straight. Days. I couldn’t even get a refund either since once again, they had to “resolve the case”. I then went back to the store that following Monday because I genuinely felt that they forgot about my monitor! My persistence had finally gotten me a rescheduled delivery the same day I went. Thought I did get my monitor (thank god) a week later, I did not have to go through this hassle if I could’ve just simply rescheduled it online. But no, there is no option for that. Long story short; I will not visit this Best Buy anymore due to its lack of efficient customer service, communication, and improper delivery services.
