Customer service need to be worked on in this store. Jesus Customer was horrible today as I was trying to make a payment for my husband. I can't believe he's a manager and I can tell he didn't want to help me.

I can't believe this happened but it certainly did.......I drove to this location 20mins with a company credit card with a 5k limit looking to walk away with a projector for an up coming presentation. After speaking with a sales associate he recommends an Epson but he admitted he didn't much about projectos. He said "you probably can get this on Amazon for cheaper but it will be a few days" I said let me speak with your manager. AJ "The manager" came over and I asked him if he knew more about projectors he basically said Sony has a good one out but he couldn't show me the Sony unit because he doesn't work for Sony. Then he said "you probably can find more information on projectors by looking on Amazon" the Epson salesman was nice and helped me finish this purchase. These guys don't understand history. No more Circuit City, Radio Shack, Fryes, and soon because poor customer service well will STOP SHOPPING at Best Buy and then there will be no more BEST BUY. I will never step back into this location ever again.

This is my 2nd trip to Best Buy in the last 2 months. I have been fortunate to be helped by associate, Vital. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He made excellent recommendations based on what we needed, saving us money on both trips!! When you come, ask for Vital! He's worth waiting for!!
Horrible and vicious mistreatment from the manager on duty today. He kept coughing and telling me my issue wasn't his problem. I was kind and simply asked why was not contacted about a product not being in stock. This is after I paid for the product and received confirmation that my order was ready for pick-up. I am dumbfounded at the ignorance and customer mistreatment. Shame on you Best Buy
