I was in this store this morning between 10:00 and 10:30 the guy in the reception I'm not sure about his name Simba or Samba... He has an excellent customer service he directed me to the area for where the item I was looking for., thank you for your service.
And when I am checking out I asked the cashier and her name is Erika about the adapter that I'm buying if I can use it to the destination where I need it, and I am very glad she brought me the right item, she was very helpful and politely explained about the products and of course I was convinced because she had a very good knowledge about the product. Thank you for your help Erika
I've had very mixed experiences here. The staff is very attentive, almost too much, but also super nice.
Great experience: bought a new case, screen protector, and popsocket for my new phone (note: phone was purchased online, not at BB). Simba was super helpful, friendly, and applied my screen protector perfectly. I was happy to see a lot of wide price options for the items I needed, too.
Less great experience: The popsocket ended up being damaged. It had a crack on part of the plastic outer ring AND also would not clip into the base. Oddly, my old popsocket top attached to the new base so the problem was definitely the top part that was also broken. This is not the problem. When I went to return it, the girl at the register told me it wasn't damaged. I had to show her twice that the plastic loop (which I think is meant for a strap) was completely cracked through and not meant to be that way. She finally agreed and asked for the base. I gave her my old phone case with old base on it and she tried to attach them to no avail because the top was both broken and defective. (I have a guess that it was a return already - someone cracked it trying to put it on the base and returned it.) Then she tried multiple times to pry the base off my old phone case. I told her I do not want the case, don't make me stand here while you try to remove it. She called a manager over who also tried to tell me the popsocket was not cracked and "goes on differently from normal." Uh, no, ma'am, I read the instructions and IT. IS. BOTH. BROKEN. AND. DEFECTIVE. She then told the cashier to issue a refund as damaged and throw it in the trash, but meanwhile kept trying to pry the base from the case. Ladies, just give me my $10 back and let me leave, please, do not lie to my face that this thing isn't broken and don't waste my time watching you both try to 'salvage' a popsocket base that you're just going to throw in the trash anyway, from a case I'm going to throw in the trash.
(Photo is of the item but is not my broken one - it definitely should not be cracked in the outer plastic ring).

The AI that doesn’t understand ANYTHING when you call the store is so infuriating. If I’m calling the store it’s because I want to talk to a real employee who works at the store, not a stupid AI that can’t do anything for me.
