I have had for the most part a relatively content/excitable relationship with the best buy company. BUT as of today March 28th 2026, my view on company, at least this particular branch has gone down. I ordered a fridge over a week ago and scheduled it to be delivered today, the fact that my appt was rescheduled ON the day of my appt and I have in no way felt like I have been given any sort of accommodation or some sort of refund on my money as I have now been inconvenienced. This shows an absolute disrespectful nature to not only me but any customers who deal with this experience in the future or have already had to just accept your lack of consideration about a billion dollar company not in any way making up for THEIR mistake. Best buy has definitely lost respect and personal opinion points when it comes to this customer.
