I can honestly say I don't know where to begin. I wish this platform had negative star's. I was humiliated & wrongly accused. I purchased from Geek squad a good set of open box Airpods 4 yesterday. I couldn't get them to stay in my ears. I wanted them to so badly, but couldn't. I returned them to the store not even 24hrs later. The guy helping me opened them to inspect them. He dropped them & they dispersed all over the floor. He picked them up & asked that I disconnect them from my phone. He went to geek squad, came back and asked if I had another pair where I had swap them. He them proceeded to tell me he couldn't help me & to call corporate. I got his card & unfortunately the earbuds i can't and won't be using and left. I feel like I got scammed by best buy. Now I have a set of Airpods 4 that might be broken because the associate dropped them. Over many many many years I've remain faithful to best buy making vey large purchases. However the way I was treated today was humiliating. Thank you for your reply, but it doesn't really help me at all. I'm stuck with a pair or probably broken Open box Airpod 4 that your store sold me & won't take back and Your employe also dropped.

I was very disappointed with the customer service. I came in intending to purchase a refrigerator, washer, and dryer, but I was unable to get any assistance. After waiting for some time, I approached an employee who told me they would send someone over to help. Unfortunately, no one ever came. After waiting for over an hour without any assistance, I decided to leave. If this is the level of service provided in-store, I’d rather just order online.

Lucas the samsung tech deserves a rasie, very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me find the perfect tv to replace the one I broke 😅 definitely the guy you want too sell you a tv 10/10
