A couple weeks ago I went looking for PC parts. I asked a few associates if they could price match Microcenter to try to get deals. All of them told they could price match items with them. However when it came time to check out a manager denied the discount. If it was one associate giving the advice I could understand but when it’s multiple of them stating the same thing and getting confirmation from different manger after asking, they should have priced match. I did not end up buy all the items I spent an hour picking that were cheaper else where. In addition, associates were being rude to each other when I was checking out. I did end up making a big purchase of gpu but it was not great experience or excitement when I checked out.
