Staff are nice I wish there warrentys where better though the products they have for sell are almost at the value they are worth but could be cheaper if they want to be ahead of there competition.

The associates were very helpful and when calling customer service on the phone the lady was fantastic
Just want to recognize the Darian from the auto sound department. I hope I spelled his name right. Anyway, very accommodating and open to any possibilities for their clients preferences. Kudos!
Very disappointed, bought a blu gl65 that was advertised very well, i wasn't expecting much from a cheap phone $119, but the quality of the camera was advertised way better than it was. the camera quality was the same as a dsi from 2011, the same as an ipod shuffle, it was absolutely horrible yet the videos demonstrated were shown as a high quality camera for the price, anyways wanted to return it or exchange for a different phone and they said no you gotta pay the restocking fee, but they said if there's a defect we accept it full refund, well they didn't, i took my 74 dollars after paying the restock fee and will never shop at best buy, worse customer service. mind you i waited by the phones for 40 minutes before i was even able to purchase the phone.
