Been coming to this location for over a decade and the customer service is great. Returning items and getting and exchange or store credit is pretty easy. One tip I have for people returning things is to have the item looked up under your account already because it helps the team members get the receipt faster. BestBuy corporate side needs to improve the protection plan lookup for the employees easier and more stream lined. I highly recommend BestBuy for their protection plans.

asked for help to buy product, told they'd be right there. no one showed up asked out loud if we could get some help and was promptly told to leave store we dont need ur money.

The store is good but the employees are rude, most to young and inexperienced; they treat you like you're stupid and they don't look like their job is important; if you don't like your job, go and look for another but don't be rude to the clients.
