I went into Best Buy and all i wanted was a screen protector for my apple watch. Normally the employees wear a blue shirt however this particular employee(female) was wearing a red shirt and i can only assume she was a new employee. I told her what i needed and she kept asking for my receipt and i explained that one i'm replacing wasn't purchased from Best Buy. She asked which apple watch and i told her. She then said i don't know which one you have and that she wasn't familiar with apple products. She then left and said she would send over someone that could assist and she walked away and went to a register and was talking to another employee. I waited for ten(10) minutes and she was still talking to that same employee but neither came to assist me. Safe to say i won't be shopping at Best Buy anymore. Best Buy should know better than to send an employee to help a customer when the employee don't have a clue...

I went to buy speakers and arrange to have them installed as I moved from surround sound to a regular system. The staff person acted bored and showed me pictures of speakers rather than the actual product. The bigger issue is that, due to my limited vision, I needed to have the speakers installed. I made that very clear to him. However, when the delivery was made, the Best Buy seller had written an order that said to just drop off the box. This is ridiculous - I could have carried the box home and not paid the additional $139. It appeared that I would have to reschedule and pay another installer to come out. Fortunately, the delivery man was willing to open and hook up the speakers. He was apologetic and professional. His service was the reason I didn't rate this "1", which is what the in home person deserved.

Was a quick in and out! Needed a new fire stick and was pleasantly surprised to find an escape display for what I wanted and the sales associate stepped right up to complete my purchase instead of going through the checkout line.
