Been a Best Buy customer, shop here quite often! Bought a square register for my shop! Wanted to return the UNOPENED/NEVER USED BOX after 17 days. The manager said their policy is 14 days and didn’t accept it. Last year alone, I shopped 5 figure numbers from Best Buy, am I coming back, absolutely not. They just lost a loyal customer.
I m also canceling my Bestbuy credit card too
