I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro Copilot+ PC, and while the product itself has been amazing, what truly stood out — once again — was the service I received from Lino, someone who has helped me over the years with multiple major purchases.
Back in 2021, Lino assisted me with buying an LG TV, a soundbar, and a washer/dryer set with pedestals and insurance. I’m not sure if he was the store manager back then — but that’s not what matters to me. What matters is that his professionalism, knowledge, and customer-first attitude have always been consistent. Every time I’ve interacted with him, he’s provided honest answers, helped me compare options, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions without ever pressuring me. He’s treated my wife and I with genuine respect, and that’s rare to find in retail recently In my opinion
Now for the part that almost made me stop shopping at Best Buy altogether: I’ve been trying to recover reward points from a 2021 purchase — points that I never received. I recently tried to fix the issue, but after calling multiple departments and speaking with six different reps (one of whom was especially rude), I got so frustrated that I seriously considered never shopping at Best Buy again. It felt like all the loyalty and money I had invested meant nothing.
But during my recent purchase of this PC, I happened to deal with Lino again — and that changed everything. He listened, showed empathy, and did everything he could on his end to help, even though the issue was outside the store’s control. That alone reminded me why I’d been a loyal customer in the first place.
Even if I never recover those points, I’ve made the decision to continue shopping at Best Buy — because of the way Lino treated us. He represents what great customer service should be. Best Buy is lucky to have someone like him, and he absolutely deserves recognition for the experience he consistently provides. He personally is the company asset that has inclined me to spend over 10k with this brand.

The managers are horrible at solving issues, they don't communicate well. Specifically Norma is terrible at her job. The cashiers try their best. My issue was resolved but after two days of going back and forward. I am not going to use best buy again since Amazon has been amazing with all my needs.
